I had to sign up for zoom to have a telehealth with the Cleveland Clinic.  It was communicated to me that the zoom account would be free.  I was charged $17.07 on April 15th.  How do I get this refunded and have the account cancelled?  I would be happy to have an account but intended to have the free version.  I will only use Zoom for virtual doctors visits and I do not want to pay $17.07 per month.

I understand you’d like a refund for your subscription. As stated in Zoom’s Terms of Service, all subscription fees are billed upfront and are non-refundable. To prevent future charges, you can cancel your subscription and your paid plan(s) will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
