Hello, I didn't notice that my financial card had insufficient funds when Zoom's auto-renewal occurred, so the next subscription payment was charged to my credit limit. How can I change the payment method from the credit limit to a cash payment before canceling the subscription? Thank you.

Hello @XIE,
If your account is on auto-pay and due upon receipt, a credit card is required. You may be eligible to set up automatic ACH if available in your area too. See Updating your credit card for more information.
If you still need assistance, please contact Zoom Billing directly if you have questions regarding your Zoom account. They can provide personalized assistance and address your specific concerns.
Cheers!
