I want to know what my most recent billing history shows. Early this year, I was charged for PRO but contacted billing right away to stop PRO. Today I subscribed for a FREE subscription. Does Zoom pro-rate a refund? (My computer died in December of 2022 and it is just now that I finally am able to begin Zoom again.)

Hi @JPB1 and welcome to the Zoom Community! If your account is eligible for a refund, you will see the option to request a refund, and the amount of money that will be refunded, in your Zoom web portal when cancelling your account.
