Hi,

 

My account is due to expire at the end of June.  Will Zoom be advising me of my upcoming payment before it is taken off my credit card or will it just come off automatically?

I can tell you from my own experience with an annual renewal date of June 2: you do not get any sort of email warning in advance. Go to your Admin -> Account Management -> Billing menu and look for Annual licenses – plus any monthly renewals. 

i wish Zoom was more transparent about renewal information. The vast majority of other companies that do Annual renewals provide somr sort of reminder/warning or recap of the charges.

Thank you for that comment Ray. I have that issue with Zoom too. When I replied to their email, they 'no longer reply to emails'. I think it's not good enough to bill clients without checking with them if they want to continue. A billing cycle without authority is unethical business. I wanted to compare my options this time as i am from Australia, so due to the currency exchange my bill was $284.36 !!!

ZOOM - wake up and smell the customer annoyance and do better!
