Is there a maximum or minimum amount of basic licenses in a business account?
I saw there is recent thread that someone his a max limit of 1033 basic licenses. Is this accurate?

Hello @Tukland,
Typically, the Zoom Business plan supports 10 to 250 licenses. However, for higher license quantities, we recommend reaching out to our sales team to request a quote and confirm if an extension can be made to accommodate your needs.

The 10 -250 are referring to full licenses, correct? Not basic/free licenses, correct?
There seems to be a limit on basic licenses as mentioned in this thread.

Hi
I know that it's a few months after the last post here.
Current limit to Basic licenses per Zoom account is:
9999

Actually, our account manager just noted that we are only allowed 1 basic user for every 10 licensed Pro/Business users. Since we've migrated to Office 365 and using MS Teams, we don't need 500+ licenses for Zoom. In fact, we've never had this requirement previously. All employees had a basic license to join Town Halls but we've always maintained under 200 licensed users to actually host meetings. Seems like a "money grab" as Microsoft is stealing away business from Zoom.
