I purchased a zoom license and after using it only a couple of time, it has changed to 'basic' and I don't know how to restore my zoom license that I paid for. Can some one help?

I have reviewed your subscription and it seems that you might be signed into the wrong account. Please make sure to log in with the email address that you have originally purchased the subscription with. If you log in with another email address (such as the one you are using here), you will be redirected to a free/basic account.
You can check out this article on troubleshooting paid accounts still showing as basic.
