I purchased a premium zoom account on November 16 and immediately cancelled it that same day. However i still received a bill, i would like to get this resolved since i cannot afford this plan

Hi @laurenszymkowsk welcome to the community! Because you initiated the purchase and went through the purchase flow, you will still receive an invoice after purchasing a Zoom license; however, if you are looking for a refund, please see the Knowledge Base article on Canceling your subscription
