Account ID number

Hi all, 

I am desperately looking for my account ID number to integrate zoom to my calendar, it is the last (simple) piece, as I already got all I need for this process. I find it crazy that I cannot find something that simple :).

I am on a free account.

Any help please?

Hi @Sandrabali, thank you for posting for the first and welcome to the Zoom Community!

Go to at zoom.us  and sign in. Then, go to ‘Profile’ from the navigation menu on the left.

Check under your name, your Account No. should appear there.

Thank you! But I have done this already, there is not account number nowhere. Any idea?

Thank you for the update! I apologize, entirely free accounts do not have an account number.

However, you should be able to integrate the calendar without any problem:  

1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
2. Click Profile.
3. Under Others, in the Calendar and Contact Integration section, click Configure Calendar and Contacts Service.

Give that a try and let me know how it goes!
