What specifically is the process to follow? I’ve tried multiple times to call Sales and Customer Support both are in a drum, fill you with hours of hold times.

please advise with a straightforward way to do this! I thank whoever responds in advance.

The phone queues are pretty long; in my opinion you're always better handling it via a Support Ticket. 

 

Because this is a public forum, we do not handle billing related questions here. Please sign into your Zoom account, and submit a support ticket to Zoom’s Billing team here and they should be able to assist you in a more timely manner.
