Accessing account from a different laptop

Hello,

I have a zoom account which was set up in the UK and is used regularly via phone and laptop.However, I am now trying to access my account on a new laptop.

It keeps going to zoom.us (not sure if this is an issue as I am still logging in with the same credentials). But I cannot see my chat or contacts. It says I have no chats or contacts but I do.

Please help.
