It's been very  hectic trying to get Zoom to activate my downgraded account after making payment.

To ease the process of activating accounts, I am suggesting  that Zoom should create a portal where customers can input their invoice and account number to activate their down graded accounts into paid status. I believe this will be more efficient in solving problems relating to new payments and down graded accounts.
