I am trying to cancel a 2nd account that I no longer need. I just want 1 account. There seems to be no way to simply advise zoom of a cancellation. Which feels intentionally difficult. Suggestions?

Hi @bludden1 you'll find the option to cancel in your Zoom web portal under Account Management > Billing. The options you see there will vary depending on your plan type. Please follow steps outlined in our support article "Cancelling your subscription". I hope this helps!
