sound not working
Zoom was working fine and suddenly next day when I started my meeting I can't hear any sounds. I did test sounds and is not working. I have installed zoom again and is same. Plse help I am using laptop.

Thank you for your response to my chat. I have been using Zoom for many years and have never experienced such a technical problem that I couldn't find the answer for it. The problem was related to Zoom App that doesn't support AI feature in Asus Dashboard. And after scrolling to find many people are facing same issue. I am happy that I found this lady who posted her troubleshooting as mine and how she managed to resolve her sound. It looks Zoom experts wants to make some bucks as I read in one of the blog who had to pay to solve the problem who are struggling on the sound which suddenly stops .
