Webinar with participant camera

Is there a way to set up a webinar in which the webinar participant will have their camera on, but mic will be off until unmuted by host?

Ah, in this case, you may be better off running a 'Meeting as a Webinar' - basically restricting audio functionality but enabling video functionality in a standard Zoom Meeting (toggling this via Security controls in the host's toolbar) and spotlighting 'panelists'.
Webinars are not built to have all participants showing video, which is why this functionality doesn't exist over there.

Making an assumption that you're speaking about webinar panelists, not participants. Is this correct?

If so:

Yes, this is possible when configuring your webinar at zoom.us

Ensure that webinar panelist video is ON by default

Then ensure that "Request Permission to Unmute Panelists" is selected.

You may also wish to check to make sure panelists have "Keep My Microphone Muted" as a default join setting in their respective Zoom clients.

Hello @bstrelko, I am in fact referring to participants. I don't believe that is possible; however, it is something we are exploring.
