Inbound caller ID on iPhone

We are piloting Zoom Phone for our business. One small issue is how the iPhone handles incoming calls with third party apps. Ideally, I'd see information re: the caller ID and which line the incoming call is coming in for. This is the experience when the phone is unlocked and the Zoom app is active. However, since that's almost never the case, is there a way to get that information on a locked iPhone's screen when the call is coming in? Thanks.

Hi rbottiglieri,

if the user is signed into zoom on the iPhone app, the call will come through with caller id. This is true even if iPhone is locked.

thanks

On a locked iPhone, Zoom Phone usually relies on Apple’s CallKit, so the incoming call screen is limited to what iOS allows to display. Because of that, detailed info like the specific Zoom line often won’t appear unless the Zoom app is open. You may want to check Zoom Phone notification settings, but currently iOS restrictions can limit what’s shown on the lock screen.
