i purchase zoom pro for 1 month and it was finished and cant access my previous recording, cant repurchase againany way to access my previous record, it is so expensive to pay 17 dollar to just access cloud for 2 days

I am from India and was successfully using a Zoom monthly paid account. However, my credit card expired, and I got a new one. When I tried to restart my monthly paid subscription with the new card, it showed the message: “The payment currency option is not available for your country.”I also tried using several of my international credit cards that work for making payments in USD on other apps and platforms, but not on Zoom. How can I resolve this issue?

I would like past meetings summarized.  Is there a way to run it through Zoom's AI system?  I still have the recordings.  Thank you

HelloOn last Friday, August 29th I launched a 1-hour Webinar but forgot to record it. Is there any chance to get a recording of the event within the Zoom cloud?  

Zoom wants me to update the desktop up. But I can't get past the sign in screen to do that.  It says I have error code 4. 

Hello,We are currently using the Zoom CTI integration with Salesforce for our call center operations. After each call, a task is automatically created in Salesforce when the call is dispositioned, which is great. However, the task automatically pops up on the screen, interrupting the flow for our reps as they need to manually close the task window before they can make their next call.We want the task to be created as expected but would like to prevent it from automatically opening and disrupting the workflow. Is there a way to:Ensure that the task is still created after call disposition.Prevent the task from automatically opening in Salesforce after it's created, allowing the reps to continue working without the interruption.Any guidance or suggestions on how to configure this behavior would be greatly appreciated. I have been using Zoom to teach voice lessons online since Covid, and while there were sometimes some lag or freezing, I could always hear my students sing.  Starting 2-3 months ago, the audio in Zoom became increasingly more problematic, and now doesn't work any more at all for singing.  At present, I am only using Zoom for one student.  We can hear each other speak, he can hear my keyboad, and he can hear when I sing to demonstrate, but I cannot hear him half the time.  The sound cuts in and out.  Why is this?  Something obviously changed at Zoom.  There has been no change to either of our computers.  What changes did Zoom make to audio that created this problem?

Received an unexpected email from Secure Zoom Document with an invitation to View an attached document.  Don't know the sender.  As a CPA and Tax Preparer I do not open attachments that are emailed.  I have no idea why I got this and no way of determining whether its legit.  Tried other ways to tell Zoom but since I am on a free version, no luck T  

I am zoom subscriber for 4 years, today when i tried to launch zoom it pop up message saying Zoom.eve - Entry Point Not FoundThe procedure entry point GetThreadDescription could not be located in the dynamic link libraryc:\user\xxx\AppData\Roaming\Zoom\bin\viper.dll I tried to uninstall zoomdelete the folder c:\user\xxx\AppData\Roaming\Zoomreinstall, but still the same i also tried to reinstall Microsoft Visual C++ 2-13 redistributable (x64) 12.0.3051and also reinstall Microsoft Visual c++ 2008 did try to sfc /scannowand restartand reinstall but still the same i still able to use zoom on my desktop on yesterday morning i am using window 10 x64bit with up to date updates please guide, thank you 

Hi, we are currently setting up our call queues and a feature we had with our old system was that a caller can Press 1 anytime to go straight to the voicemail of the call queue instead of waiting. Is it something possible with Zoom Phone system? Thanks in advance!

Hey Zoom team, We have started to use Zoom simulive for running regular trainings as part of our scaled customer onboarding programme (All of these were live previously). We always have moderators proactively sharing information in the chat as well as answering questions in the Q&A but we have found that the experience for the user is a lot less personable before given that the moderator cannot be seen on camera also.Is this something that you are planning to implement for simulive? It's a major blocker for us. I understand that it's possible to do the live Q&A afterwards but without being able to see the moderators during the session there has been some accusations that it is not even real people in the chat and that they are AI bots. We want to make the experience more personable.Thanks,Cliona

Hi all, Is there any other way to view workspace questionnaire results other than to download the CSV report from the Dashboard? I want to use the questionnaire to gather event requirements when a user books a Zoom Room (e.g. number of attendees, catering required, etc...) but find it cumbersome to download the report each time I need to the view the results. Thanks

I need your help and collective wisdom, I am having some issues while sharing my PowerPoint presentations and viewing my presentation notes at the same time (I want my presentation notes to be visible only to me, not to the participants). I have both MacBook Air and mac book pro m3 laptops, I have the same issue on both.1) When I do Presentation View in PPT slideshow options, everyone can see my presentation notes in the side panel. I want only me to see the presentation notes. What can I do to prevent others from viewing them? 2) When I do Basic Screen Sharing of my PPT, I cannot see my presentation notes in the side panel. So when I choose Advanced Share Screen - and make a section of the screen, it appears as a blurry quality resolution for most participants. The framed part of the shared slide appears clear on my side, but not for everyone else. 3) Before sharing, I open my own slide in presenter mode. Then when I say share screen, only the 'share in presenter view' optio

Hello So I wanted some people to join a meeting but they can't use internet. In the UK it was free to dial in to a meeting using ordinary minutes on a phone plan. Anyway, I digress. I live in Africa now. The current option is to put my phone next to the computer speaker and they ring me and listen on an ordinary phone call. Not ideal, but it works. Just wanted to ask on here in case there are any other options, like somehow plugging the computer sound direct to the phone. Thanks!

I want to make sure the panelists cannot see any attendee names, as well as the attendees not be able to see the names of others.  I also want to make sure that the Q&A and Chat all names are anonymous. In other webinar platforms there is an option to force all names to anonymized. Is this possible in zoom webinars? If so how? Thank you

Now Skype is gone we need a new UK phone number and the ability to make VOIP calls in the UK, USA and Canada. I live in South Africa, but our clients are in those regions. To register for Zoom phone I know I have to supply a UK address, but does Zoom need me to receive post and do something with it, like sign something and post it back? Can we not register and use Zoom Phone like Skype with never having to deal with a postal service, instead using email?I'm looking at the Regional Unlimited package as I don't see a benefit in signing up for the Global Select package, or am I missing something?

What happened to the option to put a subscription on pause?  It used to be an option when you clicked on Cancel Subscription.  Now it's gone?  I need to put mine on hold for a few months.  I don't see why I should pay for pro plan if I'm NOT using it.  So the only option now is to cancel??

Hello, I recently updated and since then the participants video keeps freezing. Everything else is exactly the same as before the update so not an issue with internet, computer or camera. It only stops freezing if I share my screen. I’ve tried unloading and reloading but it didn’t make any difference. Can anybody help? I can’t work with it like this. Many thanks in advance, Sarah

I need to input two sound streams to Zoom.   I am using a 4 channel mixer to input a microphone and output from a morse code oscillator. The two streams are mixed as expected and in the Mac audio settings both audio streams work as expected However, in Zoom,  only the microphone is detected.  The tone channel isn't heard.   Exactly the same settings on another Mac work as expected. I have selected the "Original sound for musicians" profilePeter

I just updated to macOS 15 sequoia. My app has been unable to login. It was giving me an error early on, but I did not make note of it. I updated zoom to 6.2.0 (by downloading it from the website), and I was still having issues. First I tried to change my login to use a password and not just click the google button. That seemed to work at first, but I could not join meetings and it claimed I was offline. I downgraded to 6.1.11, and found it worked once, but I could not join a meeting. I tried talking to the chatbot which was hit or miss. It suggested I look at my logs and send them to support, but I don't think I have access to support's email (and I don't see an error in the logs). The other options seems to be to create a support ticket, but I do not see a clear way of doing so.  The error I'm currently getting is "You are unable to connect to Zoom. Please check your network connection and try again." I currently have about 400Mbps up and down.

Is there a way to remove or replace the Zoom logo that appears in the Webinar registration email? Thank you
