I am a coach and lead my masterclasses live in fb groups. Since facebook now deletes lives after 30 days, I see some coaches leading classes on zoom and live stream into facebook group. But I can’t seem to figure out how to do that. Only option I see is live streaming into facebook profile, and Live on Custom Live Streaming Service option isn’t loading

    Hello @Ruta Sofia,

Welcome to the Zoom Community! We’re glad to have you here.

You can live stream your Zoom meetings directly to a Facebook group, but there are a few requirements and steps to follow:

    1. Account Requirements:

      • You must have a Pro, Business, Education, or Enterprise Zoom account.
      • You need to be the host or have the necessary permissions to live stream.
    2. Enable Facebook Live Streaming:

      • An account admin must enable the “Allow live streaming meetings” option for Facebook in the Zoom web portal settings.
    3. Streaming to a Facebook Group:

      • When you start your Zoom meeting, click More > Live on Facebook.
      • A browser window will open, prompting you to log in to Facebook.
      • You’ll be able to select where to post your live stream: your timeline, a page you manage, or a group you manage.
      • Select your Facebook group and follow the prompts to start the live stream.

If you only see the option to stream to your profile, it’s likely that the Facebook integration hasn’t been fully enabled or you don’t have the necessary permissions for the group. Also, Facebook may require you to add the Zoom app to your group before you can stream there.

If the “Live on Custom Live Streaming Service” option isn’t loading, it could be a browser or network issue or a setting that needs to be enabled by your Zoom admin.
