Urgent: Unauthorized KRW 266,136 Charge - No Prior Notification & Immediate Refund Requested
I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction regarding an automatic renewal charge of KRW 266,136 made to my account on March 11, 2026.
I received no prior notification or warning that this annual subscription was about to renew.
Taking a significant amount of money from a customer's account without any advance notice is completely unacceptable.
As a consumer, I cannot tolerate being charged for a service I no longer use and never intended to renew.
