Hi. We're hosting internal presentations on Zoom Meetings. Some of our guest presenters will be external (different email domain), some internal to our company (same email domain). I'll be made a co-host by the meeting creator. I want some private prep time with the guest presenter prior to allowing everyone to join to do A/V checks, housekeeping, and the like. It'll be me, the host, and the presenter. A few minutes before the scheduled meeting time, I'll allow the attendees in. If we enable the Waiting Room feature, we can let the guest presenter in, and up to a few dozen people will be waiting. 1. Can we allow everyone in at once?2. Can the Waiting Room be disabled so late attendees can come in without host interaction?3. Is the Waiting Room the best way to resolve this problem?4. At the end of the presentation, can I kick everyone out except those designated as host/co-host/presenter (i.e. everyone who was in the Waiting Room) as a group? Or do they need to be manuall

Yesterday I turned on meeting summary, as I have done for other meetings in the past,  but it didn't render and there's no record of it on my Zoom account. Is there any way to find it if it exists?

I've looked for the place you're editing, but can't find it. I couldn't make it disappear.😫

Hello, my company is in the process of deploying Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon gen 13 (model 21NT) across our enterprise, and we cannot get Zoom audio to work anymore on USB wired Plantronics headsets for those people who have the new laptops.  Normally I would chalk this up to the laptop since that's what's changed, but it's just audio and only in Zoom.  The headsets work fine for Windows system audio, work fine in Teams and other audio applications, and even the microphone works fine and records and plays back OK in Zoom if I select a different audio device to test with. Things I have tried so far: updating the firmware on the headset (the one I'm testing with is a Plantronics Blackwire 3215, I'm not sure of the specific model others with the issue have but they're all similar models), updating all drivers and firmware on the laptop, updating Zoom.  I'm testing with Zoom 6.5.12. Has anyone else encountered this issue?  I realize it's fairly narrow band but I

Does anyone know if its possible to use iCalendar/Mac Calendar with Zoom to schedule/show meetings?  We have the desktop app but our email is not hosted by Outlook or Google.  It appears that Zoom only supports Exchange and Google for these integrations.  Anyone at Zoom reading this - will there ever be  Apple support for mail/calendar? 

 A few days ago we received an few messages like the one above to re-autorize our Office365 email connections.  A bit surprising but oh well, went to re-authorize and we are stuck here....Anyone else seen this ?  Cannot authorize because of the Microsoft Graph API error. Thanks,Andrew   

We had a recurring meeting and 1 person in meeting (01:18) without anyone attending or talking, however, the Zoom AI meeting summary 

Is it possible for a participant to record meeting without host invitation or permission? If a participant records, will this cancel the host’s recording? Paid subscription host recording to local device. Thanks for your expertise!

Example: I am the host of a meeting and start recording the session. I need to leave early, so I make someone a co-host. Question: Will the meeting continue to record with the co-host if I leave? Or will recording end? I am recording to the cloud. 

I’m currently using the Zoom Basic plan to create instant meetings through API requests and display them on my website using the component view. I noticed that with both the Basic and Pro plans, I can’t host multiple meetings at the same time. If I purchase the Video SDK Pay As You Go plan, will I be able to host multiple meetings simultaneously?

Hoping this gets some traction here as the 4th dept to be involved. Joshua Tan in finance continues to send demands for payment but does not provide an active account number. We have provided evidence that the Wells Fargo bank account that zoom has provided on invoices is INACTIVE and CANNOT RECEIVE PAYMENTS. This has been going on for several months and has over 15 people engaged from both my company and from Zoom where there are several internal tickets and requests for escalation. We have yet to have this resolved.

About a week ago I can no longer Mute/UnMute with the button on my AirPods Pro.It has been working perfectly in the past. Now I get a Zoom error message "Cannot control mic with AirPods pro" See picture.This is a new error It used to work up until about a week ago.I tried reinstalling Zoom. I tried unpinning and reaping my Bluetooth headset.

Traveling to Dubai in a few days and I am seeing conflicting info on the web about whether Zoom works there.Does it work there?

Hi- I am in US and take guitar lessons with a teacher in UK. He records the lessons for me. He uses a windows computer(I believe)  and I use my Ipad pro (updated)  and though I have checked enable original sound for musicians both in and out of a meeting my teacher CAN NOT hear my guitar. We can speak to each other but as soon as I play he says my guitar cannot be heard. I can see and  hear his guitar.  I take my lesson in a quiet room. He says I am the only student he has this issue with!i tried taking a lesson on my patio and when i played the recording some of the sound cut off intermittently. Please help! 

While I am able to see closed captions in some meetings, I am unable to turn them on in other meetings. I have gone to Accessibility in Settings, but  CC simply would not appear at the bottom of the screen. They did not turn on when the other member present initiated the call, nor when I initiated the call. I did get as far as seeing the sample of a caption, and I turned on "enable." I hope someone can guide me to a solution.

Scenario: Webinar with an English to Spanish Interpreter. Spanish speaking attendee that has selected the Spanish Interpreters audio channel. Question: Can the Spanish speaking attendee enable CC and see the Spanish Interpreters audio channel in CC? So for example if the translator hears "five" from the original audio channel and then translates that to "cinco" the CC for our Spanish speaking attendee shows "cinco". Note: While testing, our Spanish speaking attendee with CC enabled could only see CC from the original audio channel. So for example if the translator hears "five" from the original audio channel and then translates that to "cinco" the CC for our Spanish speaking attendee shows "five". Thanks in advance for you help.

I can´t uninstall Zoom(64bit) 5.13.11216 from my Windows10 computer. The message is"There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A DLL required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your supprot personnel or package vendor"Does anybody know how to solve the problem?

Is there a way to make Zoom quit after I leave a meeting? I prefer not to have apps running that I'm not using. When I leave a meeting, zoom keeps running. I would like for Zoom to quit after I leave a meeting.

Our company used ZOOM 100 Events for just one month. I sent a request to cancel the service, but no one from ZOOM responded. When we received an invoice, I reached out to ZOOM again to request cancellation. I received a notice that someone would get back to me. While I waited, I received another invoice.  In September, I finally managed to reach a person at ZOOM named Maximo. He assured me that the service would be canceled. However, after waiting for a response, I again had to reach out to him by phone. During this call, he mistakenly thought I was trying to cancel our yearly subscription. After clarification, he said he needed to forward my request to another department, and that I would hear back from them. Unfortunately, I did not hear from the renewals department (Cezar). Hello everyone, i am having issues with the windows Zoom Workplace app version 6.3.6(56144), this started a week ago. For some reason i am unable to get either the 64 bit or 32 bit app to connect. Though i am unsure what they are trying to connect to.after logging in to the app with my email and password i see the "working" dot circle then the following message appears"It looks like we are unable to connect. Please check your network and try again." the only two other things that show up in the window are the blue "try again" button right below the message and a small "< Back " in the lower left corner. i have no issue logging into zoom workplace via my browser (firefox in case you want to know) so i know my log in info is correct and my net is stable. am i correct in thinking that the app is trying to connect to Zoom? or is it trying to access Google? how to i get the app (i think it's a webapp?) to connect with whatever it is looking for? how to i debug the app

Both the LTI developer key (https://applications.zoom.us/lti/advantage) and the LTI API key for Zoom LTI Pro (https://applications.zoom.us/lti/rich/oauth/complete) are reported to not be providing the header. I have filed two Support tickets where I've been told that it's not their problem, but come January 17th, it seems like it will be.

Hi there,  We have an issue where our zoom meetings although set up to use waiting room for "everyone" is not working, guest just come into the meeting without being admitted and it is very unprofessional. I have looked through my settings everything is as recommended. Is anyone else having this issue. Or have a solution? 

Hi,When scheduling the meeting from iOS/iPad using outlook, by enabling the zoom add-in in the "New Event" in Outlook->Calendar we are  getting a blank white screen in outlook.We do have Zoom application installed and successfully logged in.We are using intune and we do have app protection policy applied to outlook, and added exemption for "zoomus"Attached the screenshot of the issue. iPad version: 26.0Outlook: 4.2538.0Zoom Workplace: 6.6.0

Whenever I try to access Zoom and enter my email address and password, a pop up appears saying that the session is over and need to access again. So basically it is impossible for me to access and start a meeting.I have uninstalled and installed again, checked for any windows update, but the problem is still there.Can anybody help me?Thanks!

My camera app is working fine, picture is sharp as always. But when I go from the camera to zoom, the picture quality is poor.  I've read online that many seem to have this problem but none of the proposed solutions (more light, clean camera lens, etc.) does anything. Does anyone have a solution for this or is this is good as zoom gets?
