I have a corporate licence - I'm an ordinary user.  I need to log into meetings from my corporate device so I can share screens and show documents but I would also like to be able to log in simultaneously from my tablet so I can draw diagrams with the pen because the corporate laptop has no touchscreen/pen.  This is simple to do in Google Chat but some meetings are in Zoom and, in Zoom, when I try to log into my tablet I am logged out from my laptop.  Is there a way to do this?

Hello, I'm trying to disable two-step verification, but nothing I do seems to work.I followed the steps below to enable and disable it:- Log in to the Zoom web portal as an administrator.- In the navigation menu, click Advanced, then Security.- Under Security, click the Sign in with two-step verification toggle to enable or disable it.It's disabled, but Zoom still asks for the second code when I log in, the second step of the verification.

We have a workflow for a client where custom registration questions have been setup for their Zoom meetings. The client would like a couple of conditional questions to help filter out unwanted registrations. For example the following: ---Conditional question 1- Yes- No Conditional question 2 (only visible if previous answer is no)- Yes- No Block of text (only visible if both previous answers are no)Text explaining that the user should not register for the meeting. Hey y'all! I am using Zoom Events for the first time and I really like the UI and setup. However, I cannot find how to enable the ability to copy or save chat messages. The Save Chat menu option is disabled when in the webinar, and it's not there in the chat options when I click the three dots or in More under participants. In my personal Zoom account, copying and saving chat messages is enabled, but I've gone through all the settings in Zoom events and can't find it. Am I missing something? Where would it be? Please help!

Hey Guys, I like the auto call feature when you have a Zoom meeting scheduled let's say at 6:00pm. At 6Pm Zoom gives you an auto phone call, and when you answer the call, there is a pop up to join your Zoom meeting. However when a client uses Zoom scheduler to book a Zoom phone call, the call gets booked and plugged into my schedule, but at the time of the phone call appointment, there is no auto call, and only a Zoom desktop pop up appears. Anyone know if this auto call feature would work for a scheduled Zoom call?

For some strange reason, I do not have the ability to add a reaction emoji to Zoom chat messages. They are enabled on my Zoom instance and also on another host's Zoom where this happens. Everyone else in the group can add emojis, but whether I hover, long click, right-click, double click, etc. on a message, I never get the reaction bubble that lets me add an emoji. Before anyone suggests this, I have already gone into my meeting settings to ensure that reactions are enabled. I'm on a MacBook Pro and I have a paid Zoom account. Any help would be appreciated - thank you!

Hello Zoom Support Team,I am writing to appeal the restriction placed on my PC that is preventing me from joining or hosting meetings. Whenever I try to join a meeting, I receive error code 1 1 3 2, which blocks all access.I believe this restriction may have been applied by mistake. I use Zoom strictly for legitimate purposes such as online classes, school-related meetings, and educational discussions. I do not engage in any activities that violate Zoom’s Terms of Service, and I have never intentionally misused the platform.This issue is only occurring on my PC. I am able to access Zoom from other devices, which makes me believe that my computer or IP address may have been incorrectly flagged by the system. Hello,unfortunately, I have another question:I work with two screens. The program that needs to be recorded runs on the main screen, while I see the Zoom tools and the participant list/videos on the second monitor. However, when I record the session, the participant images are displayed in the recording and partially cover important information from the program being shown. How can I prevent this permanently?I start Zoom on a MacBook Pro, Tahoe from the Zoom website.Thank you very much for your help.helpa

Hi!  I've been having some issues with zoom when I try to log in via SSO and join a meeting  - "The Code Execution cannot proceed because UIBase.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem" I get the same error for CMMlib.dll, Duilib.dll, and MSAALib.dll. I have tried using Clean zoom to uninstall and reinstall zoom, used the MSI installer, and also can see all of these files in the zoom folder, so they definitely exist. Any advice much appreciated!  

I get automatically logged out of zoom Workplace, when I login on a different computer (Macbook) with the same account. This is very annoying and I don't see a reason why. I'm also logged in on my iPhone and iPad simultaneously. Anybody knows a way out?

I have had  a personal Zoom account for more than three years and lately when I attempt to join a meeting or start meetings that I have scheduled I get the following message: "You must update to the latest version of Zoom to join this meeting. Contact your IT admin to update." I don't have an IT admin, so I attempted to do the update myself. When I scroll to the Downloads section on the bottom of the Zoom home screen and click to download the latest version, I am asked to sign in to my account. When I attempt to sign in to my account, I get the following message: "Your app version needs to be 5.12.2 or higher to sign in. Please contact your IT team to update your version of Zoom." So I can't join or run meetings unless I update the Zoom version, and I can't sign in to update the Zoom version unless I am on a later version. So I am stuck. I did see some community entries here that suggested uninstalling and reinstalling Zoom. That sounds like a rather unprofessional option to

I am using a zoom app on my iPad, and a recording button cannot be found anywhere.   A recording option is not included in the meeting settings, even after I added  “screening records”  in the control centre.   I greatly appreciate if anybody can tell me what’s going on and how I can add a recording option.  Thank you.  

Hi there, I'm running Zoom 5.11.11 on macOS Monterey 12.5, and have an Apple Studio Display. I've noticed the Center Stage feature is on when I'm in Zoom meetings (the camera tracks you as you move around), however I can't find any setting to turn it off. It seems that this setting does exist on iOS/iPad OS, but not on macOS. Is there a way to turn this off on Zoom on the Mac? Thank you!

My recording was downloaded to my device as a local recording and the file shows  as "double click to convert". When I double click, nothing happens, nothing opens. I have tried several times and also restarted my computer. This is on a Windows computer. 

Has anyone gotten around to understanding Zoom analytics? For context, my role at my job is to export their analytics to then see how many agents were logged in on a specific day, total handling time, etc. But when I review the Call Queue Historical Reports, I'm presented with less-than-helpful statistics of 'Avg Call Handling Time' and stats that don't really outline how the day went. And when I export for multiple days in a given date range, the data is automatically aggregated? Exporting the Detail report just sends me down a rabbit hole of having to analyze data where 1 call has more than 1 record of data associated with it, when all I want to know is was the call completed or was it abandoned/overflow. Anyone have any helpful tips on navigating this? I'm used to having way more control in terms of creating reports within an existing system, but Zoom doesnt give me that option...

Upcoming date range not allowing to see all meetings schedule and will not allow to adjust dates.  This allows for double booking.  Also will not allow me to view date that I am trying to schedule for to see if there is already a meeting scheduled.  i.e, I know there is a meeting scheduled but when I schedule a test meeting at the same time it allows me to schedule on top of the meeting already scheduled.  Previously i could see all meetings scheduled, now i can only view the next 2 months.  We schedule our board and board committee meetings a year out.  Something changed about a month ago and now cannot see ALL upcoming meetings.

I'm new to Zoom so apologies in advance for asking what may be an egregiously dumb question. I've been trying -- without success -- to disable the camera on Zoom. I've searched for the answer both on Zoom's website and the Internet. One solution, for example, was to go first to the Settings menu, then to the Video tab. There is supposed to be an "always turn off my video" option -- only there isn't. I've come across other solutions to either disable the camera or at least enable me to hide myself while on Zoom  -- none of which work.  Any advice would be most appreciated. Turn up volume"?This notification started appearing after I updated Zoom for Windows to version 5.16.10 and appears when the computer's volume is equal to or less than 10%.I couldn't find the option to disable this alert in the Accessibility menu.

How can I change the name of the sender that appears when participants receive their registration confirmation? Last year it was possible to change both the sender and the email address, now only the email address can be changed, but not the sender. Is there a solution for this without changing the account name?

So, Zoom has now added Autoframe for your video source, but we still don't seem to have ordinary Zoom software/settings for manual Resize/Pan/ReFrame  of  the video image. This facility, which users have been asking for since Zoom started, is still missing. Yes, on a PC/Mac, yes you can use OBS to pre-process the camera/video image, then use your virtual camera in Zoom. Yes, on a Mac, you can use iGlasses from ECAMM to pre-process the camera/video image, then use your virtual camera in Zoom. On the iPad and other tablets/phones there's nothing to do this 'live camera/video Resize/Pan/ReFrame postprocessing'. If you can do some fancy image shifting with 'Autoframe', then come on Zoom, give us a simple camer/video feed Resize/Pan/ReFrame control for ourselves! 

We make extensive use of Auto-Framing with our older Poly X50. Recently we purchased some new Poly X72 units and were extremely disappointed to find that they do not appear to support this feature. Does anyone know if there is a way to get Zoom Room participant framing working with the Poly X72? Thank you.

Is there any keyboard shortcut for "clear all drawings", while doing annotations in a meeting? In the zoom client in Windows, or other supported OSs? I find none documented in the UI, or in the online help (looked at the help for Win, Mac, and Linux), or indeed in googling more widely.(One blogger showed some including a command-shift-c, which would seem a MacOS shortcut. I could not get any combination of ctrl and/or alt and/or shift and c to do that on Windows--on the latest zoom client.) If it's not possible, might anyone from Zoom be able to chime in on whether it might ever be considered? or where best should such a request be made? I have a basic account and I inadvertently set up 2FA and cannot find where the Zoom authenticator code is being sent although I have Microsoft and Google Authenticator apps.  Also I cannot find a Recovery Code for the account and I cannot submit a ticket for support because it is only a basic account.  The only way I could get into THIS Community was to set up a new Zoom basic account (WITHOUT 2FA) with a different email account which is not ideal going forward as it is not the email account I use most of the time.  Any suggestions any one?  I cannot even upgrade the account to Pro to get the necessary support because I cannot sign into that account!  A real Catch 22.

I set my zoom background to a solid color (purple) and now I cannot change it back to "none." I can't even find the way I set it to purple in the first place. I only have the option to choose an image, none or blurred. When I choose an image it does update my background but if I go back to "none" it goes back to the purple. I've updated and restarted, deleted the app and re-downloaded. Any suggestions would be so appreciated.
