I was trying to add another phone number to my account when i accidentally bought the workspace pro instead of the phone plan. Trying to ask for a refund instantly but the support AIs keep telling me its non-refundable. That’s quite horrible service, i had my card saved on zoom so i can fluently make transactions and they’re punishing me for trusting them and just quickly making purchases?! its unfair if i’m being forced to keep on paying for something i did not even intend on buying. Even got the Annual plan because i thought ill get an annual one for this number.

Does anyone know how to turn off the timer for when the meetings end 

How can I convert a Recurring Scheduled meeting into a No Fixed Time Recurring meeting and retain the same meeting ID?  The No Fixed Time Recurring meeting has been used to feed into a live webcast for several years.  I am not clear exactly how it happened, but I suspect the meeting type has been accidentally changed to Scheduled when the meeting URL and ID were included in a Google Calendar entry notifying about a short test meeting.  I did not know that this was possible.  Changing the meeting ID would mean alterations in several platforms and notifying various clients, so we want to avoid this if possible.  We have set the recurrences to six months apart to secure the meeting ID, but this adds spurious entries to our calendar so is not an elegant solution.

My team has made the payments and renewed the pro subscription, however my plan is still reflecting as Basic and not got upgraded.What could be the issue? Its urgent to fix this.

I added a picture for my background, and now it is stuck on that! when I try to remove it and select NONE, still the same picture shows up and I have tried everything to remove it and it will not go away when I log in to zoom on my mac!!

I am specifically looking for administrative scopes to access: Meeting Events: Scheduled and actual start/end dates/times. Participant Data: Lists of who joined each session. Content: Full meeting transcriptions. I am using a Server-to-Server OAuth app. Could someone clarify why these required scopes might be missing from my configuration panel? Are there specific account-level permissions or 'Add-ons' required to enable these scopes for API extraction?"

Hello, I bought a Zoom Workplace Pro subscription at the end of February during an undiagnosed manic episode, believing I needed to do this otherwise the world would end. I have now been diagnosed with bipolar 1 disorder (can provide documentation as proof) and am looking for options for a refund, even if just partially, as I have absolutely no need for a Zoom subscription of any kind. I understand that Zoom has non-refund clauses; however, how do these clauses hold up under contexts of psychological duress? Also, I bought Zoom in the Philippines as a Philippine citizen and am not sure how digital sales laws work in this context. Times are hard and it would be good to get this money back so I can actually use it for things that would sustain me. Thank you in advance for your consideration.

I have a "AI Companion BASIC" plan.I recently started using Notes (which I think are stored in Docs), initially for manually taking notes, then I discovered meeting transcriptions. After starting a meeting transcription, after 30-40 minutes, the transcription ended. I read a post by someone that transcriptions end after 40 minutes for basic plan(s). On a later date, I tried to have (at least part of) a meeting transcribed, but it ended quite soon. Today I tried again, and was told I had hit my AI Companion limit. What is the maximum amount of time a meeting can be transcribed with my plan (assuming I haven’t run out of AI companion usage)? How is AI companion usage calculated?, or to put it another way, if I’ve had about 40 of a meeting transcribed (then cut off); then another one cut off even sooner; then transcription not even starting (out of AI companion usage), is that probably to be expected? Despite host approving recordings, they NEVER record to my computer (Lenovo). I have checked everywhere on my computer and they are nowhere to be found. Zoom’s AI bot is useless and just parrots everything on the website that I’ve tried. I have looked all over the internet and can’t find an answer. I’m a free member but unwilling to pay because I only attend 1-2 meetings/week and never host. WHY AREN’T THEY RECORDING???

I hope you're all doing well. I've been encountering a bit of a challenge lately and was wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar. When I try to share my screen during a Sigma Free Fire gaming session on Zoom, I've noticed some annoying voice issues.The audio seems to be distorted or unclear, making it difficult for others to hear me properly. I've tried adjusting my settings both in the game and on Zoom, but the problem persists. Has anyone else faced a similar issue or perhaps found a solution to improve the audio quality while screen sharing during gaming sessions?

I am curious if anyone has this problem or knows of a good solution. I often host meetings with a large number of participants (100+) and sometimes people will use the chat feature to ask for things, such as to have screen sharing enabled, to be spotlighted, etc. I know users can raise their hand and that will bring their video to the top of the list. But sometimes they do not know how to raise their hand, or they simply won't do it, and I have to search through pages and pages of videos looking for their screen name so I can click on their video to provide whatever it is they need. This is very frustrating since I've already started an interaction with them in the chat, but the options when clicking on a username in the chat are very limited. Is there some way to search for a specific user within a meeting so that their video can be brought up quickly? Or even a way to simply list all the users alphabetically so that I could find their video quickly?

I am having “issues” connecting the SDK to a webinars plus event.  Are we able to do that? I am using a general app and can connect to a meeting or webinar using the same app but as soon as I try to connect to a webinars plus lite or full event, I get a Signature Invalid error.

I'm relatively new to Zoom and therefore might have missed something but if I invite somebody to a meeting via the persons email address they don't receive an email with the invitation. Is there something I need to configure / enable? I tried via Android App and via Webbrowser. Steps to reproduce:1. I consider myself experienced with Zoom ... I use it DAILY and usually use MMHMM camera with it... well now I can't get rid of this virtual background to save my life.  There's some debate as to who's responsible for this fiasco. Zoom blames Apple, but an article I linked to below says that Zoom integrated the "feature." Regardless, I resent this defective "feature" being forced on people by default. Now, every week, I only see ONE of my parents on screen because of this monumentally inept design. It's not just that this feature is mind-bogglingly defective, but that it should never have been activated without user approval. Apple, like any developer, needs to think about users when making design decisions. If you roll out a "feature" and enable it by default, a large number of users will be stuck with it permanently. I am 2500 miles away from my parents, who use Zoom on an iPhone. They do not know what obscure control on that tiny screen will provide access to buried settings like this auto-zooming, and in the limited time we have for our conversations I don't want to spend half of it trying to blindly help my mom hunt through them...
