Solved

I have uninstalled and reinstalled and I am unable to see the option to record while on a zoom meeting through my iPhone. I click on the three dots but the option is not there to record nor save to system. My classmates are able to record and are using the free version as well even during my zoom meeting they are able to record.

Our current IP phone infrastructure uses Zultys ZIP 36G phones, and we are evaluating a switch to Zoom. Do you know whether these Zultys phones are compatible with Zoom or have any details about their compatibility?ThanksGustavo

My subscription just renewed today. I would like to cancel it immediately and have this “new” months charge reimbursed if at all possible

For some strange reason, I do not have the ability to add a reaction emoji to Zoom chat messages. They are enabled on my Zoom instance and also on another host's Zoom where this happens. Everyone else in the group can add emojis, but whether I hover, long click, right-click, double click, etc. on a message, I never get the reaction bubble that lets me add an emoji. Before anyone suggests this, I have already gone into my meeting settings to ensure that reactions are enabled. I'm on a MacBook Pro and I have a paid Zoom account. Any help would be appreciated - thank you!

I would say that it is unfair to auto renew with no notice, wouldn’t you? I no longer use (and can no longer afford) the service and would have cancelled if I had seen an auto renewal notice email. I think I have a case for a refund.

I am not receiving the email confirmations after registering for events within the company.  I see the "successful registration" message, but never receive the email with the link to add to calendar/attend the sessions.

I use a link with my clients to book meetings but recently shows them this message "This booking link has expired, Try refreshing your page, or ask the organizer to send a new link." I dont want to change the link i printed its QR code on my business card! What to do?

Hello,How can I disable the notification "Not hearing anything? Turn up volume"?This notification started appearing after I updated Zoom for Windows to version 5.16.10 and appears when the computer's volume is equal to or less than 10%.I couldn't find the option to disable this alert in the Accessibility menu.

How to enable poll zoom

Hi, I am trying to set up a meeting for September, however, it is not appearing on my Upcoming Meetings list. When I create one for a nearer date it does show. Is there a glitch? Thanks.

We held an event using two separate links: one for the practice session and one for the official session. The practice session was successfully recorded and appeared under “Records & Transcript,” but the official session did not, even though I’m quite sure all the necessary recording settings were enabled. Is there still any way for me to recover or access the recording?

Does anyone know how to disable the raining down birthday cakes that show up when you type "Happy Birthday" into the chat box? I need to stop them from happening! Thanks

Device cannot enter network

Hi everyone,For the past few days I have been unable to log into Zoom on my Windows desktop application because of Error 1132.The strange part is that my Zoom account works perfectly on Android devices using the same account and network. The issue only happens on my Windows PC.Things I already tried: reinstalling Zoom restarting the PC trying different internet connections disabling VPN clicking “Report to Zoom” (nothing happens) Since mobile login works fine, I believe the account itself is not banned and the issue may be related to the Windows client, local cache, or device/network detection.Has anyone found a working fix for this issue on Windows? Thanks in advance.

I'm having a technical issue for the past 3 months. When trying to login to Zoom using the windows app, I get a 1132 error. the link that shows up next to it "report to zoom" doesn't work. I click it and nothing happens. However, I am able to log just fine to my account using my android app, on several other smartphones. Only on my desktop I get the error message. I have contacted zoom multiple times and every time the ticket gets closed before anyone gives me any valueable help. I’m keep being told to click “report to zoom”, but as I mentioned, that doesn’t work. It seems like no real person is reading what I’m writing and addresses the problem.I feel like I’m stuck in loop of support tickets and emails where no one is helping me.

I am migrating my company into Zoom CC and have yet to find a report that clearly lists total voice engagements for each member of a team. I have referenced the Metrics Dictionary and all dashboards, logs, and reports. I am looking for a clear view that you can filter by agent to show the total amount of outbound and inbound calls they have connected throughout the day. A live view of this would be ideal. I’ve instructed our team leaders to use the count at the bottom of the Engagement Log filtered by each agent as a workaround, but this is an incredibly cumbersome and time consuming way to access the info they need. Any suggested reports for just the total daily engagement count?

Can can anyone help me with my echoing / resounding / reverberating sound issues? I have already tried everything in the audio settings , for example by changing the setting of echo reduction to high. There a bunch of other windows specific audio settings in zoom, which I do not understand. I am using a pretty professional USB-mic by Marantz via Desktop. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

What should I do if the headphones don't connect? they are connected to the phone, I have provided all the permissions in the settings. there is only wi-fi and no sound, bluetooth is not there (please help, I reinstalled the offer, tried to connect in different ways, nothing at all((

previously you had to use a meeting to host several breakout sessions.Has that changed at all - can we now use a webinar to host breakout sessions? If we can - do we have to have the event license?Does anyone know if you can purchase that for a month or is it a yearly commitment?

We are changing some roles in our organization, and I will no longer be hosting a series of repeating webinars that I have created templates for. I would like to copy those templates to another user in the same account, who will host the webinars. There doesn't seem to be a way to do this without deleting my account. I don't want to delete my account, as I will still be using it for other meetings. It seems like this is something that we should be able to do.  Is it, if so, how can we do that?   Thank you in advance for any guidance.

I’ve noticed in the last few months that when I use the GCal integration to add a Zoom link to an event, it automatically adds a docs.zoom.us link for a meeting agenda. It adds it in an uneditable field, so I cannot delete this link, even though I don’t want to create meeting agendas via Zoom docs. This is confusing for my attendees as they can’t find the actual agenda, which I put in the description field. Is this a setting I can turn off?

Hello everyone,I have a Meeting Pro account that I used to log in with a Gmail address. Wanting to change my login method, I accidentally removed the permission to log in with a Google Gmail account from my profile. Now I can no longer log in and I can't contact technical support without login. How can I contact technical support without being logged in ?Thank you for your help.

After downloading the Zoom Workspace on my Acer laptop, I no longer have the Virtual background, filters and touch up appearance options in the video settings. I have the Zoom Workplace Pro plan.  Any help is appreciated. I have not been able to get any help from Zoom support. Thank you, Sharon
