I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction regarding an automatic renewal charge of KRW 266,136 made to my account on March 11, 2026.I received no prior notification or warning that this annual subscription was about to renew.Taking a significant amount of money from a customer's account without any advance notice is completely unacceptable.As a consumer, I cannot tolerate being charged for a service I no longer use and never intended to renew.

Hi, I'm trying to use Camo Studio with Zoom, but "Reincubate Camo" isn't appearing as a camera option in the video settings. The camera is working Fine in Camo Studio. I've tried restarting both apps, updating Zoom, and reinstalling Camo Studio, but nothing seems to work. My device is connected, and Camo Studio is running on my computer. Has anyone else encountered this issue or have any suggestions for getting it to work? Thanks in advance for your help!

Hello,  During our breakout rooms, the audio is leaking from one breakout into another breakout. Each individual is remote and not located in the same physical space. The audio is slightly decreased but is overtaking the breakout rooms discussions. Is anyone else having this issue or heard of something like this?

I am using a 2022 Mac Studio with an Apple M1 Max chip. Running Sequoia 15.4.1. I'm hard wired to a 1300Mbps internet connection. Using Zoom Version 6.4.6. Every few minutes the video freezes for 3-5 seconds, then catches up again. It only happens in Zoom, never in MS Teams or FaceTime. I have uninstalled and re-installed Zoom and even purchased a new 4k camera to see if that helps. Still the same freezing issue. Has anyone found a solution?

Hi there, is there a way to see during or after a Zoom Meeting how many of the meeting participants chose to make use of the language interpretation feature? This would be very helpful in order to know if this service is actually beeing used by the meeting participants or not. Thanks for your help!

I am a coach and lead my masterclasses live in fb groups. Since facebook now deletes lives after 30 days, I see some coaches leading classes on zoom and live stream into facebook group. But I can’t seem to figure out how to do that. Only option I see is live streaming into facebook profile, and Live on Custom Live Streaming Service option isn’t loading

When I'm the host during a meeting, and I'm using my Samsung smartphone, and I share the screen for a presentation, I can't see myself nor the other members of the group. How can I fix this?

   In meetings, most of the other participants' photos are displayed. Mine shows an image that I may have chosen in the past (I don't remember), but it definitely is not a photo of me. or anyone else.   How can I set it to display either:      a. Hi There,  I really need some help on this. I added a colleague as an alternative host on ONE meeting, but it seems he is now the default alt host on EVERY meeting I create and he receives an email notification.  Is there a way to remove him permanently as an alt-host? I have tried removing him from all past meetings, and that does not seem to work.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

However, the system still generated an invoice for the next period and continues to send payment requests.To clarify: the charge has not been processed because I stopped using the card connected to my account. When I log into the desktop client on Windows 10 PC and click on Apps, it comes up saying Loading Zoom Apps with spinning wheel and stays that way.  I have downloaded several game apps that say they have been added, but I can't seem to get to them.  Other family members all use Macs and have no issues.  As the only PC user I need help getting to the games I've supposedly added.  Any and all suggestions are most welcome.  Thank you. 

Hi all,I sit facing a window, but not in direct sunshine.My face appears ridiculously white, and I can’t find any option in Zoom to turn the brightness down a bit. The reason this looks like a Zoom issue is that I also use Teams, and with the exact same background image (or indeed no background image) my face isn’t as white or washed out. It’s still bright but much better in Teams with the same cam. The only setting that looks vaguely related is Adjust for low light. This doesn’t help, unsurprisingly, I need the opposite. In the Windows camera app it is also better than Zoom.Any ideas (other than putting the blinds down)? W10 ProClient 6.6.11Licensed (paid) version
