My phone number connected to old account

You can remove your phone number from your old Zoom account even if you no longer have access to the email. When removing your sign-in phone number, choose SMS verification—Zoom will send a code to your phone. Enter the code to verify your identity and complete the removal. Once done, you’ll be signed out of that account and returned to the sign-in page.
