Why is there no LOG IN showing at zoom.com?

THIS IS RELATED TO TRYING TO LOG IN.


Under zoom.com and zoom.us I do not see LOG IN anywhere and it's been frustrating to have to keep clicking on anything and everything to finally get to my dashboard! Sheesh.

 

Has (1) anyone else had this issue and (2) why is it so hard to reach someone in customer service to get them to fix it? Anyone know if there's a live chat somewhere to be able to connect with them? Weird thing is a few months ago "Log In" was always there when I went to either of the two main websites that I noted above. Now it's gone.

I apologize for the late response. To access your Zoom dashboard, you need to sign in to the Zoom web portal. If you don't see a "Log In" button on zoom.com or zoom.us, try going directly to https://zoom.us/profile or https://zoom.us/account/metrics/dashboard—these links will prompt you to sign in if you aren't already.

 

Once signed in, you can find the Dashboard in the navigation menu. This should help you get to your dashboard more quickly without extra clicks.
