Solved

My company provides hybrid and virtual event production solutions that integrate the Zoom Meeting SDK. We use the SDK's live transcription feature to provide live captioning for webcast audiences. We've see that Portuguese is still not available as a supported language in the Meetng SDK's transcription implementation — despite the fact that Portuguese is supported in Zoom's native client (both for automated captions and as a default language in the interpretation feature). This issue has been brought up before, but I have not seen a response from Zoom. This creates a real business problem for us. Portuguese is the 6th most spoken language in the world and the primary language of Brazil, one of the largest and most active corporate events markets globally. We are currently unable to serve Portuguese-speaking event clients through our SDK-based platform. This appears to be an SDK parity issue rather than a missing language capability — Zoom clearly has Portuguese ASR/captioning infrastructu

how can I encode a zoom file to mp4 by Linux (ubuntu), I thank you

Hi dear community members,I hosted recently an online masterclass and I hit record & stop two times. So there are two archives in the cloud: the first one (36 seconds), the second one (1 hour two minutes).I’d love to delete the first archive, because it has no content, and leave the last one.I see both at the same time in the list of the recordings, and the system lets me see them one after another, but I want to delete the first one and leave the second one and share it with the attendees.Do you know how can I do it? I couldn’t find a way…Thank you in advance for your answer.MontserratGirona, Catalonia, Spain

Hi. I have spent a few hours looking up how to set up Zoom healthcare.  I already have a Zoom one pro account, and anytime I try to add Zoom healthcare, the website just brings me back to my current plan, with no option to obtain Zoom healthcare.  Also, I keep reading from multiple people on Zoom community that I need to obtain a BAA in order to be HIPAA complaint.  I have tried calling the sales team but no one actually picks up the phone.     Can someone please explain how I can obtain a BAA.  This has become rather time consuming.  Need help!   Thank you

ho dovuto annullare la prepagata perchè rubata, in attesa posso pagare col bonifico? e con quali dati?

I have not had this problem until recently, but every single time I try to log into my laptop while my desktop is connected to Zoom, it will log me out of Zoom on my desktop, even if I’m in a meeting. There used to be the option for me to login to both my desktop and laptop at the same time so that I could switch the meeting from one device to the other. I can no longer do that. What are the remedies? Is this an issue with a recent update? This happens with every single account that I have for Zoom. My Zoom accounts are free, but according to search Zoom states that you can be logged into two computers simultaneously. What is going wrong? This is driving me crazy.

Hello, I represent a training organization where we manage several Zoom virtual classrooms. We are currently facing an issue: some meeting rooms are not starting automatic recording, even though they are properly configured. Could you please explain the cause of this issue and suggest a solution? This situation is highly disruptive to our operations.

Where are my scheduled meetings?

Hi!  We were hosting a company webinar (training course for suppliers) and the Q&A feature was NO WHERE TO BE FOUND.  We obviously noticed that there was a recent update to Zoom, but during the webinar we were never able to activate Q&A.  Why is this happening?

Hi, this is the first time I’ve had a downloading issue with Zoom for my recordings. I have a 9 minute long recording that still hasn’t downloaded after 30-40 minutes. Typically never have anything take this long. Is it something wrong with the file or am I just impatient.  Thanks

Is there a way to edit how a link looks when shared?  It currently looks like a zoom meeting link to be in a zoom link.

Qualcuno sa dirmi come fare? Grazie

Blurr worked when I first tried Zoom last night.  The virtual backgrounds don't work and give an error message that just says “an error occurred” (this is very bad programming to have such  useless error messages)The blur did work.  Now today the blur option has been moved to a different place and it too gives the useless error message “an error occurred”  (AGAIN VERY BAD AND SLOPPY PROGRAMMING)How can I get blur to work again?

I want a colleague to be able to activate/host a joint recurring meeting between him and myself. If that is possible, how do I do that? Thx in advance.Barry

I would like to create an app for zoom a phone, Book, also if you have the TV on it will alert you it can also do special rings to your home phone to let you know and maybe a beeper for your pocket so you never miss a zoom

I run training sessions using Zoom meetings.I used to ask trainees to send direct messages to answer some questions to test their knowledge and I would see all their answers as part of the main chat thread.Recently direct messages now all pop out into separate conversations, meaning I need to click on each one separately to see answers. I've therefore had to ask trainees not to use direct messages as with 10 trainees it means I can no longer just quickly glance to see whether everyone has the correct answer without them being able to copy answers from others. Is it possible to toggle this option on and off so I can choose whether to have a single thread with all messages in the chat or separate threads for each conversation?

When I tried to use my virtual backgrounds today all my choices are gone except blur and none. Can't figure out what happened. I checked my settings and my options were correct. I then signed out and back in. When I did that Zoom mentioned that there recently was a sign in from different location. I don't think I did that since I usually use same computer. To get back in I had a code. Could these issues be related?

I have a new 7th generation Surface Laptop and zoom states that it does not support virtual backgrounds (or filters for that matter) on my device.  The specs for my laptop are:Processor Snapdragon(R) X 12-core X1E80100 @ 3.40 GHz 3.42 GHzInstalled RAM 32.0 GB (31.3 GB usable)System type 64-bit operating system, ARM-based processorPen and touch Touch support with 10 touch points Does anyone know what's up with this?  Am I to assume that zoom backgrounds will not work on my brand new laptop?? Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks!
