Can't get past the virtual agent.

I signed up for what I thought was a monthly subscription to Zoom, but it’s only billed monthly. It’s an annual subscription, which I don’t want. I need to talk to a human, but the virtual agent keeps telling me to sign in, which I did. How do I get help from a human directly?

    Hi ​@Neil Salowitz -- Thank you for joining the Zoom Community! I’m deeply sorry for having troubles connecting to our live support directly.  In the Zoom Support page, selecting the "Contact Us" or "Submit a Request" options will initiate a Zoom Virtual Agent session. Customers will be able to proceed to case submission if their issue is not resolved through the virtual agent workflow. 

    Once you have signed in, clicked on Contact Us, you’ll have the option to choose to Chat with Support or Call Support, either will get you routed to our virtual agent. Kindly proceed with it by telling the prompts the issue which will either get your concern resolved through the virtual agent, or otherwise will get a support case/ticket created for you. From there, additional assistance will be provided through the ticket that has been opened for you.
