Unwanted amounts are continuously being deducted from my card. I request a payment cancellation.
I made a payment on Zoom in April for a one-time event,
but since then, the same amount has been regularly deducted from my card every month.
I am told there is a contract period, but I no longer use this service.
No one wants to pay 450,000 won for three months just to hold a single meeting.
I was unaware of the contract period and did not see it. I paid believing it was a one-time payment,
but please let me know how I can cancel within the contract period.
