This really belongs in a "ALL ZOOM PRODUCTS" location, but I'm sharing in hopes that someone from Zoom sees this and acts on it. Both the Desktop Products (Mac, at least), and the Website (zoom.us) have an irritating User Interface/User Experience problem.Zoom decides to "add" something which pops up after the rest of the screen is built. In the app this is typically a sales banner at the top that then pushes the rest of the screen down, so you click on the wrong something regularly. On the website this can also be a sales banner - quite recently now is the "Contact Sales" button that appears after the rest of the page loads, and moves the "Sign in" link right.  So you "accidentally" click on "Contact Sales" when you're trying to get to your login.INFURIATING. Does Zoom not have a qualified UI/UX expert working for them?  Or are they simply ignored? This type of behavior wouldn't have been acceptable in any IT department I worked in from the 90s onward.  How is t

I signed up for a free webinar probably a year ago and I was not interested. I continued to get emails for their new webinars and I would cancel the registration, but they would keep coming. The emails come from no-reply@zoom.us so I don’t want to block that. I have replied to the email of the event organizer asking to be removed, but that didn’t work. Every new email from them has a new reply email address, although they are all from gmx.com. I have just been deleting them, but I shouldn’t have to just put up with it.

Hello everyone! I’m excited to be part of the Zoom Community. I’m already discovering that it’s a valuable place to find answers, learn from others’ experiences, and explore solutions to questions that arise in my day-to-day use of Zoom.I use Zoom extensively in my coaching practice as a Leadership Coach, working primarily with faith-based organizations and nonprofits. My vision is a world where individuals, pastors, churches, and organizations embrace who they are and what they do with greater joy, energy, awareness, and purpose.Helping people gain insight, clarity, and confidence as they navigate challenges and opportunities is at the heart of my work. Zoom makes it possible to connect with and support clients across a wide range of geographic locations, expanding both the reach and impact of meaningful conversations.I look forward to learning from this community and contributing where I can!

Hey @MGSR , @Bri and/or @Carla - Any chance you can help me change my zoom COMMUNITY name (not the regular account name)? I’m getting strong gainsight vibes 😉, so thinking it’s not something an individual user can do...

Most workflows don’t collapse from one big failure; they degrade through small, repeated mistakes. One of the most common issues is poor data mapping. Fields don’t align properly, so information gets lost or misinterpreted without obvious errors. Another problem is over-automation. Teams try to automate everything, removing human checks that could catch early issues.Lack of ownership is another silent killer. When no one is responsible for maintaining the integration, small glitches go unnoticed. Updates to tools or processes also create conflicts, especially when workflows aren’t reviewed regularly. There’s also the habit of “set it and forget it.” Systems evolve, but workflows stay static, creating gaps over time. The truth is simple: workflows don’t need more tools, they need better thinking. Without clarity, even a well-built system will slowly break from within
