I have been running zoom on my chromebox for well over a year. Recently, a message at the top says they're going to cease support for the app in August and replace it with Zoom PWA. I've tried to convert since they're telling me I'm going to have to, but it doesn't work. Each time I try to join a meeting with the new app, it generates a new meeting invitation, sends me the information email. Using the meeting ID from that email just starts the process again. It's an endless loop. The "old app" works just fine. Any thoughts or advice? Chromebox has 16 GB RAMIntel(R) Celeron(R) CPU 3867U @ 1.80GHz (2 threads, 1.80GHz)GB service for my internet connection 

Virtual background shows a wooden staircase background even when set to None, after reinstalling Zoom and resetting virtual background from web settings." "I already tried all these steps. I reinstalled Zoom completely, reset virtual background from zoom.us web settings, disabled virtual background from my account, and the wooden staircase background still appears. I need help please! and is only from my  laptop.

At the start of a meeting, I accepted the AI into the room. Then a notification announced that the recording had been started. So I didn't start the recording myself as usual. But at the end of the meeting, I can't find the recording anywhere. I know where I can usually find the recording in the cloud or on my computer. My question is about how to find recordings made by AI.After some research, I've learned that the AI is indeed supposed to make a small recording”. Where is this recording? 

In Zoom-Workplace where the chat channels are listed, there is a personal channel with my name, that was (probably) auto generated by Zoom. It is also listed as favourite (with star marking) and therefore shows up right on top of my list. Thing is, I don’t use this. EVER. I love the chat function, but I don’t chat with myself and I don’t use it to store notes and would never have the idea to look for them in a chat channel.Why can’t I delete this? Or am I overlooking an option to delete it?And can I at least move it to the bottom of my chats, where I don’t see it? 

Hi everyone, most of my therapy sessions are on Zoom. I’ve tried Zoom’s AI summary feature, but for therapy notes it feels too generic and doesn’t capture DAP or SOAP style documentation well. What AI tools are people using to turn Zoom sessions into solid therapy notes? Looking for something that handles clinical language better, supports templates, and is mindful of privacy and compliance. Any workflows you recommend, or tools to avoid?

 I can't see the "Record" button. I still have "Record on Computer" enabled in Settings.What could be the problem? Device: MacBook Pro (MacOS 15.6.1 (24G90))App: Zoom Workplace app version: 6.5.12 (63499)Zoom Version: Free 

I am both a leader and a participant in zoom meetings.  I am using a laptop computer for zooming.  In either roll my screen shows only a gray background with a little locked symbol.  I've tried to follow all of the suggested solutions with no luck.  I am able to participate with audio, but no video.  Please!  Can someone tell me what to do to unlock my video?  Thank you so much!!  🙂

Hi, at the end of the meeting. ZOOM didn't convert the meeting. I go to manually converted from Meeting - Recording. I open the folder and then I double click the file named: "double_click_to_convert_01" and I get the message: " Failed to convert recording. There is another recording conversion in progress, please convert this recording later from Meetings>Recording". Any help?

줌 1년 구독이 자동결제가 되어버렸습니다. 결제일 전에 연락이나 팝업이 뜰 줄 알았는데 연락을 못받아서 확인을 할수 없었고 카드결제 알림이 와서 알게 되었습니다.  더이상 사용하지 않아 결제 취소 및 환불하려고 합니다.  청구서 번호는 INV333528042 이고, 청구서 날짜는 2025년 12월 12일 입니다. 

I am paying monthly for the PRO but only have access to the Free and can only talk for 40 minutes.

All my meetings are being recorded by the AI componion WITHOUT my consent. If I go to settings, AI companion, I see that the feature has been locked by the Admin. I have a private account (hence no adm) and the system will not allow me to grant myself ADMIN rights. I have written 3 times to zoom support and I receive the same answer: Go to settings!! I have attached screenshots showing the feature is locked and I keep on receiving the same answer!! It is against the law in Switzerland to record my meetings without my consent, yet they keep on doing this. Please help!!! 

HI, I am using zoom on linuxno matter what i do i cant get the app icon to appear in the zoom toolbar when in a meetingi have apps available in the main zoom page but not the toolbar in a meeting which means i cant access the timer appi have synced to my online web settings and clicked the enable apps button still nothingcan you help?

I’m writing to formally request guidance on the possibility of changing our default meeting recording location from Zoom Cloud to Vimeo exclusively. As our team already uses Vimeo as our primary platform for video storage, distribution, and post‑production, we would like to bypass Zoom’s cloud storage entirely and have all recordings saved directly to our Vimeo account. Hi!  I’ve just upgraded to Zoom Client 7.0.0 (1666). The search bar on the top now pop up a window that is different from the app and where I cannot type anything inside. There’s an input for the search, latest searches, results divided by type. Only the X to close the windows works.

Gostaria de saber como faço para que tudo fique em espanhol ou português — menus, botões e demais configurações.Já procurei nas configurações, mas não encontrei onde alterar especificamente o idioma da interface da sala. I am organising a Zoom webinar with registration details to be passed to my organisation's Hubspot account. However, I noticed that Hubspot contacts that already exist will not be updated to reflect a new Zoom registration activity. I thought I might instead create a Hubspot form and a landing page for the webinar, with an automation for anyone who fills out the Hubspot form to be automatically registered in Zoom as well. But I can't figure out if that's possible - does anyone have any experience?Also, is there a way to view a registration list in Zoom webinars?Thank you!
