アカウント更新キャンセルについて

一度、アカウントの更新をキャンセルしたが、その後間違えて期間内に再アクティベートを押してしまいました。

その後、以下の画面となり、再度キャンセルが出来ない状況です。

どうすればよいでしょうか？

「お問い合わせ」を押してもチャットボットにつながり、サポートに連絡するように言われますが、そのサポート先もどこに聞けば良いのかよくわかりません

For security and privacy reasons, refunds, cancellations, and billing changes can’t be handled in the Community.
