Cant use services
I had paid all the credit and it shows paid as well, but i am still not able to avail the services. Does anyone know why?

If your balance/invoice shows Paid but you still can’t use the paid features, the most common reasons are (a) the account is still in a suspended state from a past-due period and hasn’t fully reactivated yet, or (b) the payment is marked paid in one place but an invoice is still “Open”/processing in the billing portal.
