Thank you for reaching out! If you can’t sign in to Zoom in the latest Firefox (and you also can’t type in the post body in Chrome), first confirm whether your Zoom account uses SSO (for example, “Sign in with SSO” / company login).
Are you signing in with SSO (ADFS)?
If yes: a common cause is ADFS “Extended Protection” being enabled. Chrome and Firefox don’t support that feature, which can block Zoom sign-in. The fix is on the ADFS side: in IIS Manager, disable Extended Protection for Windows Authentication on the ADFS site.
Thank you for replying. This time, I was able to log in using Firefox, but I think that this was because I was logging into the forum rather than logging in to attend a meeting. I hope that you can clarify whether this is a possibility.
To answer your question, I do not use SSO; I log in using my username and password.
Any insight that you can provide on this matter would be helpful. Thanks again.
Still waiting for a reply from @aluyun or someone else with knowledge of how to solve this problem. I can’t rate a “best answer” until I get one. Thanks in advance.
