Polls

1. Enable the Feature in Settings

Before you can create polls, you must enable the feature in your web account:

• Log in to your Zoom Account Settings on your browser.
• In the navigation menu, click Settings.
• Go to the Meeting tab and locate the In Meeting (Basic) section.
• Toggle the Meeting Polls/Quizzes option to the On (blue) position.
• Note: If the setting is grayed out, it may be locked at the group or account level, requiring you to contact your organization's Zoom Administrator.

Please also make sure you meet the requirements below (polls/quizzes are not possible if you’re using a Free account).
 

Requirements for enabling polling for meetings:

• Pro, Business, Education, or Enterprise account
• Account owner or admin privileges to modify settings at the account or group level
