I have made payment for annual payment but my zoom pro is not activated yet. How can I resolve it?

    Thank you for joining the community. I’m sorry to hear about this. If you paid for an annual Zoom Pro plan and it’s not activated yet, it’s usually because the order is still in a “processing payment” status.

     

    What to do:

    1. Wait a short processing window: activation happens after Zoom confirms receipt of payment (this can take a few days).
    2. Check your email (including spam/junk) for any payment/processing updates tied to your Zoom purchase.
    3. If payment isn’t confirmed within 10 days, the order can be canceled and refunded automatically, so it’s important to verify the payment confirmation email arrives before then.
