AI companion

If you don’t see Zoom AI features in your account, the first thing to check is whether they’re turned on in your user settings.

Sign in to the Zoom web portal, then go to Settings. Look for the AI Companion or Zoom AI section (the name can vary depending on your account setup and Zoom version).

From there, check the Meeting settings and enable the AI features you’d like to use, such as agenda generation. Once enabled, you should see options like "Generate agenda" when scheduling meetings.

Note : If you don’t see the AI tab at all, or the settings are unavailable, it usually means the feature has been restricted at the account or group level by your Zoom admin. In that case, your admin will need to enable access before you can use it.
