I have the page of advice telling me how to convert a meeting to a webinar however when I view the meeting the only buttons to the right are start, edit and delete. There is no option to convert on any of my meetings. Does this mean that I cant convert? Thanks.  

During my last zoom meeting, I experienced intermittent pausing. I generally use my laptop, which has been working for years.What is causing this?

When I join or host a zoom meeting zoom does not use my headphones or headset but rather uses the laptop's audio. OS: macOS 10.15.7 Zoom: 5.8.1Permissions: Zoom has be granted all permissions in system settings security.System audio settings: The headsetInput "OpenComm by AfterShokz" Type BluetoothOutput "OpenComm by AfterShokz" Type BluetoothThe headset audio works for all system audio including other meeting software. Zoom preferences/ audio settings: Speaker: "OpenComm by AfterShokz" (also tried same as system)Microphone: "OpenComm by AfterShokz" When I use the audio test, and when I am in an actual meeting, the laptop speakers are used rather than the headset.I have no way of known which mic is being used by zoom, the headset or the built-in mic. (Both "work"); How do I get Zoom to actually use the audio that it says it is using? 

Hello, I recently bought a new Dell G15. I play weekly Dungeons and Dragons via Zoom where the host shares music with us. I can hear everyone speaking, but cannot hear the music. Everyone else can hear the music perfectly. I can only hear their voices. Someone other than host tried sharing music. Everyone else could hear it except me. I can hear my friends voices perfectly fine. It is as though some setting is automatically muting the music. This happens when I use the base speakers and microphone on the laptop, or when I use a Snowball external microphone and headphones, or when I use airpods. Any combination of base system, headphones, external microphone, I can hear my friends' voices but cannot hear the music.  Yes, I have made sure to select the correct output speaker and input headphones, in both desktop client settings and in the actual meetings. Hi, I need to integrate zoom appointments onto my apple calendar. I do not use google products.

We are using Zoom Phone SMS for ongoing group text communications that include multiple staff members (2 internal Zoom numbers & 1 Google Voice number) and clients (typically 1–2 external numbers). Most threads contain 4–5 total participants.We are consistently experiencing duplicate inbound messages within Zoom Phone group SMS threads. The duplicates appear only within Zoom — not on the clients’ devices or on our personal mobile devices.To test, we ran a controlled experiment using: Two Zoom Phone numbers One Android device One iPhone When messages were sent within the group thread: The personal mobile devices did not receive duplicates. Zoom Phone was the only platform displaying duplicate messages. This suggests the duplication is occurring within Zoom Phone rather than from the carrier or external devices.Has anyone encountered this issue? During Covid, I built an assistive device which the device being used for Zoom meetings sees as a keyboard.It has buttons on it that allow for very quick and easy access to two functions, Mic Mute, and Raising your Hand. It works very well on Windows, though I have not had a user using Mac to test it on that platform.I inquired about this first question in 2021 or so, and I was told it was actually being worked on. I understand why keyboard shortcuts for toggling Mute and the Hand are used, as the user most of the time can see the indicators on screen. Assistive devices, though would work so much better if there was separate keys for Muting, and Unmuting, as well as Raising the hand, and Lowering the hand. I would never suggest removing the current keys, but perhaps keys that perform these functions could be added? We are a small non-profit with a Zoom Pro account that we share amongst different people.  That is, we have a number of different meetings all owned by the same Zoom account, but  different people run them and all those people have a need to log into Zoom using our one Zoom Pro account in order to run the meeting as Host..    Let's say that the one Zoom account is "***********" and note that one person only can log into that email. Today, for the first time, someone got the message, "We detected an unusual sign-in from a device or location you don't usually use. If this was you, enter the code below to sign in to Zoom"  and, of course, Zoom sent the code to *********** but the person running the meeting was not the person who has access to the email! You see the problem.  How can we turn off that security email?  I am aware that if we enable 2 Factor Authentication the verification email will not be used - but I don't thi

 HiRunning MacPro here and trying to output audio to a different sound device.  I have several aggregate devices that I set up for different scenarios.  The are all hosted by the same 32ch interface.  This particular set up is supposed to take audio out on ch 15-16 but instead, It keeps playing it on channels 1 & 2.    Is it because Zoom does not recognize aggregate devices?  It plays it on first two channels of the default interface even though in preferences is chosen an aggregate device. I hope you understand what am saying 🙂 Any ideas? Thanks 🙂   

Hey Folks, I was going through the custom role for my Org and when i gave the “Delivery receptionist” edit permission to a member, he was able to Delete and add Deliveries registered.The Document says that he can add the deliveries but there is no mention of the delivery delete. my take is that he along with this role he should also have the “Delivery Management” Edit permission to delete it.Can you please clarify it, i am confused. regards,​@HDR

The automatic input level adjustment does not work when Original Sound for Musicians is enabled with High Fidelity music mode checked.Environment: Windows 11, latest Zoom desktop client. Reproduced on three different laptops (Lenovo, Dell, etc.) - same behavior on all.Steps to reproduce:1. Enable Original Sound for Musicians2. Check "High fidelity music mode"3. Open Settings > Audio > Test Speaker & Microphone4. Speak quietly, then loudlyExpected: Input level adjusts automatically to normalize volume.Actual: Input level is stuck at a fixed position regardless of voice volume.Switching back to standard mode (noise removal) - the automatic gain control works correctly, the level indicator moves and adjusts as expected.This is 100% reproducible across all three machines. I also submitted this through the in-app support form.Has anyone else experienced this?

Hi All,I work for an MSP and recently it was brought to our attention that Zoom Workplace itself forces the device to perform a restart after we deploy an update remotely. This happens even when using parameters that are meant for MSI packages (for example /norestart). Has anyone found a way to prevent the update from forcing the device to restart?Please advise.  Thanks.

I just got a new computer, Windows 11 and cannot switch off the background noise suppression in audio settings. This means that when I use a meditation gong for group meetings, the gong cannot be heard. I tried music settings, original sound etc, but nothing works.   Plus I can only find audio settings when I am in a meeting, not when I am just on my own profile. Perhaps this is normal, but I have been trying to change the settings when in a meeting context. Any help appreciated. I saw that other users have had this problem too.

I would like to use the Zoom Lobby to collect the attendee's acceptance of consent (for example, consent that the session is recorded). I can put the appropriate message in the lobby description. May I also have an "Accept" button that then places the attendee in the session? Ideally, there would also be a "decline" button that exits Zoom. Thanks.

I have created a free account (with CC verified) and added 59 users. I have also activated all 59 accounts. I'm unable to see them under company contacts list. (company contacts did show up a couple of times last week, but 99% of the time, the entire internal contacts section is missing) I have tried on different computers, mobile phones, etc and it's the same.  When I try to invite one of these 59 people (invite a zoom user to connect button) - it says xxxx is already your contact

I recently installed zoom workplace 6.6.11 onto my desktop computer running kubuntu 24.04 LTS.  I installed from the ubuntu repositories and it seems to have installed correctly.  I can start the zoom app from my applications menu.  I can click on join a meeting and I get a place to enter a meeting ID.  I have no meeting to join at the moment, but so far so good.  It appears that zoom workplace works.I wanted to do a test meeting, so I went to zoom.us/test.  I clicked on join and a window pops up:Pop-upThen click on Choose Application andI tried the System Handler, the ZoomLauncher, and zoom, but nothing happens. Initially the only option to open the zoommtg link was the System Handler, but I entered the firefox settings, then Applications, and I added zoom and ZoomLauncher at /opt/zoom/zoom and /opt/zoom/ZoomLauncher as options for zoommtg.Is there a work around for this?  I don’t use zoom often.  I would be happy to paste a like into zoom workplace, if that would work.  Zoom does wor

In the past, my breakout rooms had a button called "Ask for Help," which allowed students in the breakout room to request that I come see them.  That button is no longer appearing in my break out rooms.  How do I get that function back?  Thank you!
