I am the owner of my account (paid subscription) I need to be able access Admin and it won't let me

    As the account owner, you should have full access to all admin settings and permissions. If you are unable to access admin features, this could indicate a permissions issue or a technical problem with your account.

     

    Could you specify what happens when you try to access the admin section? For example, do you see an error message, or is the option missing?

    I phoned zoom and they say I can be owner and admin.

    I wanted to set up a meeting where the claim host option is available, cannot do this as owner 😕
