Can't share documents / PDFs on Zoom Update for iPad 7.0.0

After the most recent Zoom update for iPad, I’m not able to share documents from my Google Drive App or other PDFs from Safari.  There is only a blank grey screen that appears.

    I’m apologize for the late response.
     

    This may be a compatibility issue introduced by the recent update.

    As a workaround, try the following:

    • Ensure both the Zoom app and your iPad’s operating system are updated to the latest versions.
    • Restart your iPad and try sharing the document again.
    • Try saving the document to your iPad’s local storage (Files app) and share it from there instead of directly from Google Drive or Safari.
    • If possible, use a different device or share the document from a desktop computer.

    If the issue persists, consider reporting it through the Zoom feedback portal or support channels so it can be addressed in a future update.

    Hi ​@jeffc11! We have just released iOS version 7.0.3 on April 21, which should resolve this issue. Please note that the mobile releases require additional approval from their respective app stores and may take a few additional days to be available for download.
