post its and text disappear when using spaces

Everytime our team uses Zoom whiteboard the pastors disappear when you hit the space bar, back space or shift. Its users as well as creators. People with Zoom accounts and without. Everyone. It’s happened now in 3 different classes, rendering the white board useless. We can’t write text or post its they all disappear when creating any space between words. Using the most recent update of zoom. Others are probably various, it’s going it to everyone. Please help,
