Errorcode: 10001 - Update can not be installed

Hi, I use a new macbookpro with M3 Pro apple chip.
Zoom Version: 5.15.7 (21404)
When I try to install the Zoom update, above error code stops the installation.
Anyone any idea?

    No. I'm still having it.
    No idea. and zoom support is no help at all!
    I think they are not ready with the MAC tech and won't say it.

    Hi, @MichaelR .

    5.15.7 is an old Zoom version. Can you try to uninstall it and download the latest one from https://zoom.us/download?os=mac 

    You will want the one for Apple Silicon.
