I have been escalating the issue to get things urgently going for text from Canada to Canada. Its at the stage that we would need an official update to understand. Not just “Rest assured”.

There used to be a feature where the meeting Host could lower all participants hands and it disappeared recently. We use it a lot for Voting after the Host has counted all the Votes (Hands) he can lower them for the next round. But it has gone and we can not find it anywhere, where has it gone please

I'm using the Zoom client app on macOS and I have two valid Zoom accounts; one I use for an organization and the other is my personal free one.  The latter used to be linked to a different Email address which I've since deleted, but when in the Zoom app and when I click on my account icon in the upper right hand corner and select the "Switch account" option, I see three accounts ... the two valid ones and a 3rd for the now nonexistent Email address. There's not a Zoom account for the invalid address because I changed the Email address for my person account to the now good one, so I have no way to log into Zoom with the old address to delete the account. I'm just looking for a way to remove that from showing up in the client app.

I am running a webinar with over 5000 participants and would like to track how many groups/organizations join. This is above the number of allowed registrations. However, I was wondering if it is possible for each organization to register, then share that unique join link with their group of 20 participants. How many devices can join on each link? I see that there is a limit of number of devices per Zoom account, but what about for a registration in which you only need your email address to join? Thanks!

How can we ensure that the navigation tabs that we use to navigate in Zoom and the chat box does not block the presentation screen in meeting mode?? It creates a black box when viewers see the screen ~Nerissa

Hi, just joined the community.  I wanted to find out if there is a way to request for the following  feature:   1) Host to be able to click a button an automatically capture a picture of all the attendees (perhaps in a grid).  Right now, someone has to manually screen capture each page, and this is tedious.   2) Can the host have  feature to mute only participants, leaving the co-hosts' mute settings unaffected?   Thanks.

Screen recording of a powerpoint presentation on Samsung S11 Ultra Tab. Create meeting (audio on, camera off...recorded no problem with camera off previously) Open presentation Share screen (presentation only...or whole screen...doesn’t matter, recorded both before) Start recording Go to presentation and lecture for an hour End recordingThis worked the other day but most recent recorded video flashed the shared presentation for half a second and then went completely black. Almost an hour of video lecture notes gone with audio only. WTH!?!?!

So, I was going to post a problem with my zoom, where every time I used anything other than meetings, it threw up an error code along the lines of ABC12345-0x26-0000-0000-00-08-00(ABC12345 is the changing part), and I realized that I deleted the MSEdgeWebView2.exe file. So, I had to reset my computer(factory reset). This is a PSA to EVERY ZOOM USER: Don’t delete MSEdgeWebView2 under any circumstance.

It would be really great to be able to search for projects. I have al lot of projects and is really a pain that I have every time to go through them all to find the one I am looking for.I would also love to have pressure sensitivity while drawing something.The Ipad UI for whiteboards is now messed up. The drawing space on IPads is now smaller, it has become way to small because of the new layout.Please change that.

After searching diligently thru prior conversations for annotation controls, I've run across things like this: In the navigation panel, click Account Management then Account Settings.Click the Meeting tab.Under In Meeting (Basic), verify that Annotation is enabled.I have no idea what the navigation panel is (there's nothing labelled as such), and I'm unable to find anything called "account management", "account settings", a "meeting" tab, or an "in meeting (basic)" item. I can locate "Settings" under the "Zoom Workplace" menu, but nothing in the resultant window refers to any of the above, let alone annotation controls. I don't want my users scribbling all over my screen during my presentation, but I can't find any way to turn off that ability. I'd expect it to be one of the items in the sidebar of the "Settings" window, but it's not. Where is it?

How to insert in meetings invitation the possibility for the guet to accept it and have the meeting automatically registered in his calendar ?

We have a few people in our organization who do not like using the Waiting Room, so our Admin team who have Scheduling Privileges have taken to disabling the Waiting Room when they make everyone appointments.I prefer to use the Waiting Room and have it Enabled in my settings.  But the Scheduled Meeting seems to override this. Is there a setting where I can maintain control of my own Waiting Room to be ALWAYS enabled?I had an incident this morning logging in 15 mins early to test my settings and get my slides ready, only to discover 2 people already in the meeting waiting for me! I had to make small talk 🤣

Hi, I have been using zoom workplace on linux for a couple of years for my professional use (trainings) and use extensively screen sharing of apps, browser tabs, pdf etc during zoom meeting.With new version of zoom workplace 6.7.2 (6498) on linux mint 22.3 , it is not working anymore. When I want to scren share I get the option between system desktop capture or system window capture but non of them share anything. Doesn’t work.In order to share I have to start meetings, or join meetings from the browser, and then it works. When will this be bug fixed for Linux workplace version, and is there a workaround ? Thanks.

The below is set to No One... In the navigation menu, click Account Management then Account Settings.Click the Recording & Transcript tab.Under Notification, scroll down to Recording notifications - Zoom clients.Under Show a disclaimer to participants when a recording starts, choose either All participants or Guest only.(Optional) Click Custom Disclaimer if you want to edit the recording consent disclaimer text.Note: Basic, Pro, Business and Free Trial accounts with less than 100 licenses cannot customize the recording consent disclaimer text.Under Play voice prompt for, choose if you want All participants, Guest only, or No One to hear the audio recording notification.

I'd like to add custom Task/Activity fields to be captured, but I'm only seeing Account/Contact/Lead. It does look like I can add the Task object, but that looks to be for finding matches, not for the call task that will be logged.

Hello I cannot uninstall any Zoom Apps, if I click uninstall it says 'Error: Network error'

My webcam is pointed in a way that I can't look at the gallery and the webcam in the same direction, so it always looks I'm not looking at the camera when I'm looking at the Gallery on the Right Side of the Zoom Window.  Can Zoom add an option to put the Gallery on the Left Side of the Zoom Window?

We’ve identified that inbound calls routed via call queues do not register on the call board, while outbound calls via call queues reflect immediately. Calls associated directly with employee-assigned numbers also record as expected. Please see the investigation notes below: • Call (Outbound) from DD (assigned number) – Reports data to call board• Call (Outbound) from Call Queue number – Reports data to call board• Call (Inbound) answered on DD (assigned number) – Reports data to call board• Call (Inbound) answered on Call Queue number – Does not report data When reviewing the Zoom Portal using User Performance Reports (Analytics & Reports → Zoom Phone) and Wallboard Management (Account Management, source: User Performance Report), data is present for all of the above scenarios. Please could you advise on the next steps or potential cause

We have a contact centre flow that has a number of collect input widgets after send media widgets in the flow. My MD wants to hear the caller speaking during the interactions. Is it possible to have a call recording of the interaction at this stage even though the caller is interacting through a menu?Here is a screenshot of the flow.  

Hey there! Last week I got my Zoom Pro: As far as I understood I no longer have 40min limit unless someone who doesn´t pay for any Zoom suscription makes the call, right? Otherwise I have up to 30 hours? Last week I was on a videocall I had programmed and all of a sudden my Zoom kicked me of the call. (This happened 2 times) Any idea what´s going on? Is it possible that if my internet connection is not the best this may be the cause?Thanks! 

Hello Zoom community, I am in a pickle.  I have a number of meetings that I have set with "No Fixed Time" in recurrence. I have set a new meeting today and I cannot find how to make it the recurrence "No Fixed Time"  In the drop down menu it does not have that option.  What am I doing wrong?  -- Thank you!  -- Dennis

Hello, I am using Zoom on a Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra (Android). After the latest Zoom update, the camera behavior has changed significantly. Previously, I was able to use the tablet’s ultra wide-angle front camera, allowing a fully zoomed-out view. This is essential for my use case, as I teach fitness and movement-based classes and need a full-body frame. After the update: Zoom automatically crops the video (auto-framing / auto-crop)There is no “Fit / Fill / Original aspect ratio” optionWide-angle view cannot be selected or locked  The device hardware fully supports ultra wide-angle video, so this appears to be an Android Zoom app behavior, not a device issue. Is there: A way to disable auto-framing on Android tablets?A way to manually select or lock the ultra wide-angle camera?Any plan to restore wide-angle control for tablet users?  This update makes Zoom very difficult to use for fitness and movement instructors. Thank you.
