Hi there,

 

I have the call recording notification (Phone calls) switched off yet the message is still being played? The below is set to No One...

 

  1. In the navigation menu, click Account Management then Account Settings.
  2. Click the Recording & Transcript tab.
  3. Under Notification, scroll down to Recording notifications - Zoom clients.
  4. Under Show a disclaimer to participants when a recording starts, choose either All participants or Guest only.
  5. (Optional) Click Custom Disclaimer if you want to edit the recording consent disclaimer text.
    Note: Basic, Pro, Business and Free Trial accounts with less than 100 licenses cannot customize the recording consent disclaimer text.
  6. Under Play voice prompt for, choose if you want All participants, Guest only, or No One to hear the audio recording notification.

Starting this morning we are getting the ‘you are being recorded’ message on every phone call, even if picking up from hold.
