Call Recordings
Hi there,
I have the call recording notification (Phone calls) switched off yet the message is still being played? The below is set to No One...
- In the navigation menu, click Account Management then Account Settings.
- Click the Recording & Transcript tab.
- Under Notification, scroll down to Recording notifications - Zoom clients.
- Under Show a disclaimer to participants when a recording starts, choose either All participants or Guest only.
- (Optional) Click Custom Disclaimer if you want to edit the recording consent disclaimer text.
Note: Basic, Pro, Business and Free Trial accounts with less than 100 licenses cannot customize the recording consent disclaimer text. - Under Play voice prompt for, choose if you want All participants, Guest only, or No One to hear the audio recording notification.
