Scheduling Privileges Overrides My Waiting Room Settings
We have a few people in our organization who do not like using the Waiting Room, so our Admin team who have Scheduling Privileges have taken to disabling the Waiting Room when they make everyone appointments.
I prefer to use the Waiting Room and have it Enabled in my settings. But the Scheduled Meeting seems to override this. Is there a setting where I can maintain control of my own Waiting Room to be ALWAYS enabled?
I had an incident this morning logging in 15 mins early to test my settings and get my slides ready, only to discover 2 people already in the meeting waiting for me! I had to make small talk 🤣
