Hey there! Last week I got my Zoom Pro

  1. As far as I understood I no longer have 40min limit unless someone who doesn´t pay for any Zoom suscription makes the call, right? Otherwise I have up to 30 hours?
  2. Last week I was on a videocall I had programmed and all of a sudden my Zoom kicked me of the call. (This happened 2 times) Any idea what´s going on? Is it possible that if my internet connection is not the best this may be the cause?

    Yes, pro should be 30 hours.

    if your call drop without receiving message 40 min limit then it must be connection drop or something else.

    Have u try to update the app and use it in different network, is it same?

    No, not really, haven´t tried that yet. Today I have another call that I’m hosting so hopefully it won’t happen again…
