Cuando estoy en una reunión no puedo compartir el link para que se unan otros participantes
We typically have 5 or fewer people in our weekly meeting. When an intruder enters and starts bouncing around (using raise hand / lower hand rapidly), we cannot “catch” him because he moves too fast. In larger meetings, there is a Search Field at the top of the Participants List. No such Search Field exists in small meetings. How do small meetings’ Security “catch” an intruder if he can’t be “Searched” (i.e., if he can’t become motionless in the Participants List)? With more intruders/bombers, this feature should be available to ALL meetings no matter the size. Thank you in advance!
The personal meeting ID has been changed by creating a new company account. You cannot change or deactivate the personal meeting ID because the old account has expired as a pro.Can we change the personal meeting ID of the new account to the old one because the company wants to keep holding meetings with the existing personal meeting ID? It says that there are already users.
Hi everyone,I’ve been using Zoom regularly for meetings and online sessions, and I wanted to share a few observations while also asking for advice from the community. One challenge I often face is keeping participants engaged throughout the meeting. Sometimes people join but stay silent, keep cameras off, or lose focus after a while. I’ve tried a few things like asking direct questions, using polls, and encouraging interaction in chat, but results are still mixed.I understand that maintaining a respectful and professional environment is important, and staying on-topic helps keep discussions productive . So I’m looking for practical ways to make meetings more interactive without overwhelming participants. Here are a few things I’ve tried:Starting with a quick introduction or icebreaker Using screen sharing for visuals Asking short questions during the sessionStill, I feel there’s room for improvement. My questions:What strategies do you use to boost engagement in Zoom meetings? Do you pref
I would like to record a meeting. In the recording I don’t want the participants to appear on video, but they should be allowed to have cameras on during the meeting. How can I do that?
I want to run a webinar where I’m sharing my screen and have my thumbnail to the side of the screenshare for attendees. I’ve followed the instructions to have “side by side gallery” and have attendees following host’s view, but all you can see is the screenshare, not the thumbnail. Any idea how I can resolve this? I’ve seen this info from support but it doesn’t work:“The “Live” View In Zoom Meetings, each attendee has control over their own display configuration; the Host can affect that to some extent, but ultimately the Attendee has control. You can advise your attendees to change the settings in the upper right View menu, with the side-by-side option being most often used to make the full presentation unobscured. In Webinars, the Host has full control over the attendees’ view – though panelists (everyone “on stage,” so to speak) still have control of their own view. As the Host, go to the Panelists window down to the … Menu and either:Set a side-by-side mode to show speaker or gal
Hi everyone,I am attempting to extract meeting data via API for my entire organization (including start/end times, participant lists, and transcripts). However, I’ve run into a blocker: the scopes mentioned in the official documentation are not appearing as options in my App Marketplace dashboard. I am specifically looking for administrative scopes to access: Meeting Events: Scheduled and actual start/end dates/times. Participant Data: Lists of who joined each session. Content: Full meeting transcriptions. I am using a Server-to-Server OAuth app. Could someone clarify why these required scopes might be missing from my configuration panel? Are there specific account-level permissions or 'Add-ons' required to enable these scopes for API extraction?"
Hi, new to this group, hope someone can help. I record a weekly meditation via Zoom (latest version), and usually incorporate music as part of that. Having some problems though - the audience can hear me OK, but a) when i played from the music from my laptop, no sound went to the audience, and b) when I played it from my phone, the music was very muffled.I have made sure that 'original sound for musicians' is enabled, and I've also gone back to 'noise removal (default)' and selected 'low'. That last option worked ok on my old HP surface pro device . Neither of these options is giving me good sound quality on my new device.
Hi everyone,I’ve been using Zoom regularly for remote meetings and team collaboration, and I wanted to share a few simple ideas that have helped improve engagement during our sessions. I’d also love to hear what’s working for others. One challenge we faced was keeping participants actively involved, especially during longer meetings. To improve this, we started using small interactive elements like quick polls, short Q&A breaks, and encouraging participants to turn on their cameras when possible. This made the sessions feel more personal and less like one-way communication.Another thing that helped was structuring meetings better. Instead of long discussions, we break the meeting into smaller segments with clear goals. This keeps everyone focused and reduces fatigue. We also experimented with assigning small roles (like note-taker or timekeeper), which surprisingly increased participation because everyone felt more involved.Lastly, adding a quick icebreaker at the start of meetings m
Hi everyone,I’ve been using Zoom regularly for meetings, classes, and team discussions, and one thing I’ve noticed is that keeping participants engaged can sometimes be a real challenge—especially in longer sessions.I wanted to start a discussion and also share a few simple strategies that have worked well for me:Use short interactive segments: Breaking meetings into smaller parts (discussion, polls, Q&A) keeps energy levels up. Encourage camera participation (but don’t force it): It helps with connection, but flexibility is important. Leverage Zoom tools: Features like reactions, chat, and breakout rooms can make sessions more dynamic. Keep meetings concise: Shorter, focused meetings tend to be more productive and less tiring. Assign roles: Having a moderator or note-taker helps keep things organized.I’d love to hear from others:👉 What are your best tips for making Zoom meetings more interactive and productive?👉 Any features or workflows you’ve found especially useful?Looking fo

Does anyone have the international plan in a country other than the US? I have a business partner in the Turks and Caicos that calls not only the US but other islands as well and I am wondering if the ZOOM plan would be advantageous for him.
Setting up digital signage to display a Wallboard in a Zoom Room trying to understand how the Digital signage physically gets to the Zoom room , do you need to assign a physical device to the room with a Mac address ? or a Zoom room controller, What if you are using a monitor and a micro PC i.e. “Nuc”
Hi,I am using ZOOM version 6.2.2(2028) (minimum version required by my institution) and I cannot click with the mouse in any way when sharing my screen. This is very distruptive when doing presentation and working with others. I am using Linux Mint 21.2, and I have also tried last zoom version (6.2.3
I’m using wired headphones connected to my HP laptop using Windows 11 Pro.When I play music or other media, the volume is perfectly fine and at a normal level. However, when I join a Zoom meeting, the audio becomes noticeably very low.I’ve already checked and confirmed that the volume is set high both in Windows 11 and within Zoom’s audio settings, but the issue still persists.Does anyone have a fix to this?
Once I schedule a meeting on someone's behalf, I cannot change the meeting. I cannot see it in my meetings list. The meeting appears in their meetings list (with them as Host) but I cannot see it anywhere. I would like to be able to make changes to the meeting. We are not sharing calendars (O365, etc) because the privilege seems to grant FULL access to the others' calendar. Maybe there is a way to share only Zoom Meetings schedules with others? But I thought I should still be able to see those meetings in the Zoom web page. I'm looking under "Personal > Meetings". Maybe I should be looking in another place? My Zoom App is Windows 6.0.11.

How do I split the meeting to YouTube when my capacity is reached?
Have any LTI Pro admins ever gone through the process of changing the installer? I found this help doc with says the following:Following the steps below to change the LTI Pro Installer will ensure that the LTI key and secret will not change, and all upcoming meetings, previous meetings and associated cloud recordings will still be available. That wording suggests that all configuration persists during the “remove and reinstall within 7 days” workflow. However, the reply I received from Zoom Support, which appeared to be AI‑generated, seemed to imply that I would need to reconfigure the entire LTI Pro installation from scratch. Since these two sources conflict, I’m hoping someone who has actually gone through this process can confirm what really happens. Specifically, when you remove and reinstall LTI Pro under a new admin, did your Client ID, redirect URIs, settings, and LMS configuration persist, or did you have to rebuild the integration? I’m trying to get an accurate picture of what

I'm getting lag every 2-3 minutes for about 15-20 seconds. I'm on a Desktop PC which is powerful.I'm not on Wifi, I'm directly attached to the network.Speedtests are all super fast (gigabit ethernet, fast upload and download, latency is low teens)I use the desktop app not through the browser. All other services seem fast - Teams, Gotomeeting, VoIP phone, Discord all work no problems. I'd like to try some more advanced troubleshooting (I own an IT Services business)Are there any servers I could tracert to and test the connection over several minutes for packet loss along the route?
On my Mac, I am not able to see me or my client when I am screen sharing. I have the latest zoom software.
Hello, I need help. Please, is it possible that the participants of a meeting see as well the shared screen as myself as speaker? Thanks, Marianne
