You can do a screen or app share (share the browser window) optimized for video. For best stability make sure your computer is connected via ethernet rather than WiFi. Make sure you are using the latest version of the Zoom client. Since you are streaming from the internet (playing youtube video) and streaming to the internet (streaming from Zoom app) test everything before hand to make sure you have the computer power to process the video decoding and encoding and sufficient bandwidth for internet stability.
