i am now unable to login into my personal and work email because I accidentally put the educator status and pressed all the age buttons hastily. i need to use zoom for this email because it is connected to my emails for college. please help. i am unable to submit a support ticket and contact because i need to login which i cannot. i made this account with a different email, but the email that I need support on is different. please help 

When setting up all my meeting, I turn on automatically recording to my computer.  In the the last 5 (or more) sessions, the automatic recording has not worked.  If I remember, I can turn it on during the live session, but would really like not to have to remember when I am live.  Please advise.

How do you download one or multiple AI generated Meeting Summaries and/or transcripts to your PC? i.e. If I want to archive all of my meetiing notes on Confluence, and later create a summary of all Meetings w John Doe, I need them all in one folder together.   How do I download the docs?

Is there anyway to setup recurring SimuLive inside of webinar plus? I know it works for traditional webinars and meetings but don’t see the option anymore inside of webinar plus. Thanks!

Has anyone been able to actually reach a human for support? The virtual agent gave me a ‘supervisor’ which sounds like a fake title given out and then that person gave me an email that bounces back email. I can see why they are loosing customers.

I decided to give it a try this afternoon, the new Zoom Meeting Transcript option, to try and capture more of the feeling of the meeting rather than just my own take on it.  My intent had been to have the transcript and compare it with some of the things that I had typed for the Therapeutic Counselling session.  I have reviewed it as a single entity but then looked for how to download this transcript, in case I needed to put on a USB flash drive for Court.  This is where things became a little unstuck.I could not find, anywhere I looked, the link, button, ability to download this “Safe” document.  I could save it but only into my Zoom Documents or Notes.  This doesn’t work for the UK GDPR for keeping Client Notes in one place where they can be kept secure.  All documents are saved to a secure USB Flash Drive and then locked away in a safe.  I can not safely say that the documents can be saved as securely on a cloud.I await the community responses.

I would wish to extend my trial period for webinar to have an experience at least with one event. How do i send a request?Chat zoom virtual assistant was not helpful.Thanks in advance

Hi all. I recorded a meeting and then tried to save it Locally instead of the iCloud and I lost the recording after trying to allow my computer to communicate with Zoom...any ideas if I can still get my recording or is it lost forever?!?! UGH!"recordings and storage" 

I’m writing as a paid Zoom customer and long-time power user to report a regression in window management behavior on Windows that is impacting daily use.Recent Zoom desktop versions appear to have removed or obscured global controls related to window priority and “always on top” behavior. As a result, fullscreen meetings intermittently fail to properly assert z-order, causing the Windows taskbar to appear behind or overlay applications even after exiting Zoom fullscreen. This behavior did not occur in earlier versions.Key issues:No discoverable global setting to control “always on top” or meeting window priority In-meeting controls are inconsistent or unavailable depending on window state Fullscreen behavior does not reliably request exclusive fullscreen from the OS Existing documentation no longer matches the current UIThis feels like a regression rather than a feature change. Hello Zoom Community,   I am not a paid customer. Apparently, I can not get technical support if I am not a paid customer. However, I need video recording and transcript for the meeting that was hosted by someone else (I was participant and not an organizer). What are my options to get in touch with Tech Support for this request?   Appreciate your help in advance.

Could use some help. Lord knows the Zoom bot can’t answer tech questions!It would seem Windows (11 Pro) strips DSCP tags from packets. This results in traffic not getting priority like it should for zoom phone, or zoom video. Are others out there seeing this ? Have you instead, opted to manually set the Zoom Phone port range in the Admin panel? Do you suggest this?App Control using the router is NOT an option. That is a subscription service far beyond budgets (it would cost us an entire FT position to try to pay for that for our sites). Whenever I open the Zoom app, it is not signed in. I then click on "youve previously signed in as ***********", which opens a browser window. I sign in.  It then pops another Chrome window. Zoom never signs in. This loop is inescapable. Help? 

If an individual uses a Zoom link to register to attend a session on Zoom. Does the individual use the same link to access the scheduled session that he used to register? Or will he receive a separate Zoom link for the session itself?

This red dot from the Zoom dock icon needs to go. It entirely bypasses the system preferences, even if you disable badges and notifications the red dot persists as long as you have unread Team Chats.This is entirely unnecessary and horrible UX design.  

How do I remove the participants' name from the video box? I don't name the person's name to show within the recording. I didn't change any settings online, but this started happening after I downloaded an updated Zoom version several days ago. Thank you.

I’m trying to use “My Notes” to save the transcripts of my meetings with clients.  It is saving the transcript but, when I try to export it, only the title goes, not the transcript.  I am able to export the summary, though, with no problem.  Can anyone help?  I’ve followed all the steps I can find on the internet to resolve this issue but, nothing is working. Thank you in advance!

Running Zoom version Version: 7.0.0 (77593) on MacOS Sonoma. I cannot see things in dark mode but Zoom now defaults to dark mode and setting the mode to light using Settings/General and clicking on the light option does not work.I have verified that I have light setting in both the main zoom desktop and in individual meeting settings and it persists in displaying as Dark mode!How do I get it back to readable/viewable in the comfortable light mode?

After restarting a few times, the poll may appear but cannot be launched, and sometimes it shows as blank or white when launched.Has anyone encountered this recently or found a solution?
