account level required for realistic avatars

I’m interested in the realistic avatars option for zoom meetings but there is literally zero demos of this online.

I’m unable to test it myself with my current hardware not meeting the minimum requirement but they also don’t list the type zoom account needed to support it.

does anyone know what account level is required?

Realistic avatars need admin-enabled AI Avatars at the account level, plus Zoom Workplace 7.0+ and supported hardware (like NVIDIA RTX 3060+ on desktop, or newer Mac M3 Pro/M4 Pro). If the option is missing, ask your Zoom admin to go to Account Settings → Meeting → In Meeting (Advanced) → Avatars and enable “Allow AI avatars.” Also note they’re currently mainly available for US customers and not all account levels/regions.
