No real support

Has anyone been able to actually reach a human for support? The virtual agent gave me a ‘supervisor’ which sounds like a fake title given out and then that person gave me an email that bounces back email. I can see why they are loosing customers.

    Support is linked to the plan you are on, and has always been like that. The lower tiers do not have direct access to Zoom Support Teams.

    If you have a free or Pro account you have automated support, this community and Zoom runs lots of webinars on specific features, which as a paid account user or any sort you can join and learn. Some webinars are ‘office hours’ and allow you to ask questions.

    There are also many non Zoom Employees like myself running webinars and Youtube channels to support you.
