accidentally pressed "educator" account for all the age options and now i can't login

i am now unable to login into my personal and work email because I accidentally put the educator status and pressed all the age buttons hastily. i need to use zoom for this email because it is connected to my emails for college. please help. i am unable to submit a support ticket and contact because i need to login which i cannot. 
i made this account with a different email, but the email that I need support on is different. please help

I’m sorry for the late response. here are some steps you can try to help resolve the issue with  your access. 

  1. If you are locked out due to age restrictions, Zoom may have disabled your account for compliance reasons. In this case, you will need to recover your account by following the steps in this article: Recovering a disabled, inactive, or locked account.

  2. If you cannot reset your password or access your email, you may need to use an alternative recovery method as described in the article above.

If you are still unable to regain access, Zoom’s policy requires you to be signed in to submit a support ticket. Since you cannot log in, please try the recovery steps first. If those do not work, you may need to create a new account or use a different email to contact your college’s IT or Zoom administrator for further assistance.
