How do you download one or multiple AI generated Meeting Summaries and/or transcripts to your PC? i.e. If I want to archive all of my meetiing notes on Confluence, and later create a summary of all Meetings w John Doe, I need them all in one folder together.   How do I download the docs?

Right now, most meeting platforms don’t offer a clean “bulk download all summaries/transcripts” option, so you usually have to work around it a bit depending on the tool you’re using.

    A few practical ways:

    • Manual download/export: Open each meeting summary or transcript and export it (PDF, DOCX, or copy-paste into files). A bit time-consuming, but most reliable.
    • Integrations (like Confluence / Notion / Google Drive): If your meeting tool supports integrations, you can auto-save summaries directly to a workspace or folder.
    • API / automation (advanced): Some platforms provide APIs, so you can script bulk exports and organize them by meeting name, date, or participant (like “John Doe”).
    • Browser extensions / scraping tools: Not ideal, but can help if there’s no native export option.

Once you have them locally, just organize everything into folders (e.g., by person or project), and then upload to Confluence for easier indexing and search.

Also, slightly off-topic but useful if you’re organizing financial or work-related records — tools like https://gratuitycalculatruae.com can help estimate benefits if you’re working in the UAE, which sometimes ties into documentation and record-keeping.

    hi @Deb McIntosh ,

Great question. Bigger users, like corporates are using API tools to move this data into other systems.

If you open a Zoom Doc, you should see an export function. It is a recent update and therefore please ensure you have the latest version of Zoom Installed.

    all the best
